Best Western Plus Riverfront Hotel & Suites

Our king size bed was very comfortable and the room excellent. We didn’t like the low rise toilet. Breakfast was ok, but we arrived in the last half hour and the bread was pretty well finished.

We stayed one night the room had a very bad smell as soon as you opened the door. we opened Patio door to air out it was still pretty strong like a rodent had died not pleasant . The lady that checked us in seemed confused with what she was doing . So didn’t want to upset her about the smell in room. When checking out I let them know that it was not a pleasant smell. Other then the wicked smell the room was good. Nice view of the river grounds were well kept. Lots of big dogs staying at this hotel . Wasn’t a fan of that

Basic room that was clean and reasonable maintained. Good bed. None of this mattered because a train horn from nearby woke us up 4 times throughout the night. I’m talking like there is 0% chance that anyone on the “river view” side (that they charge for by the way) slept through any of those events. Wildly loud. If you stay here, try the front side instead of the river view side. You can’t see the river anyway through the trees. The place is not bad otherwise, but it’s trash with the overnight train horns.

No complaints. Close to downtown for car show. Good parking and restaurants in area.

Breakfast didn't have biscuits and gravy that's my only disappointed. The hotel was wonderful the hot tub was great, the fire pit you could see from the hot tub added bonus, the staff was friendly and helpful. We had river view which was awesome the trail was lined with picnic benches we sat out and watched the sunset. A wonderful vacation spot! A little bit more breakfast items

Room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. We could see the river. Bed was very comfortable. The sink was very shallow.

The property is located along the Missouri River whis is very scenic. We didn't use the pool or hot tub. The breakfast was nice..

Absolutely loved the suite! Very clean, relaxing and with a beautiful view of the river! Staff was very friendly and did the place felt very welcoming! 🙂 Highly recommend this hotel!

Our room was clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable. We did not get a room with a balcony.

There were maintenance issues with leaks and cleanliness. But otherwise it was comfortable.
