Best Western Plus Riverfront Hotel & Suites

I really like the location of this hotel, quiet area and nice along the river. The property is a bit older but very nice. Rooms are a bit dated but clean. The bed was very comfortable. Loved the balcony rooms. Liked the amenities especially the shampoo/conditiner/shower gel in shower. Also excellent shower pressure. Great breakfast. Second time stayed here and would stay again

Just a great place to stay

The front desk people were amongst the friendliest we have ever encountered! They epitomized people that enjoy their job!

Location was perfect! We enjoyed a walk along the river. And also walked to stores and great restaurants. Our room had plenty of space and was very comfortable.

Our stay was good and the staff was very helpful when our TV wouldnt turn on. The breakfast was pretty good. The only thing I didnt like was a smell on our room, but one the AC/fan started, the smell dissipated. Also, we didnt have any hand soap in our room. Overall, it was a good experience and loved the patio next to the river with the walking path.

We really enjoyed the hotel. It was clean and maintained. Upon arrival they upgraded us to a room with a spa which was amazing! Breakfast was delicious and had many options to choose from. Staff was pleasant and helpful.

This is my second stay here. It truly is a beautiful place and the room price is affordable.

Clean property and a wonderful breakfast! Just a little bit of a nuisance was there were no bars of soap available and had to use the mounted body wash in the shower to wash hands in the sink. Was told they no longer carry soap bars. Other than that the location can’t be beat!

Wonderful property! We truly enjoyed our anniversary stay! The staff was extremely helpful and courteous.

We left another hotel in the area because it was not clean and tried here. It was clean, great breakfast and everyone was so nice. The pool and hot tub were awesome. Would definately stay here again!

Pretty decent

The bed wasn't too bad but all 4 pillows I had on my bed were just clumpy wads of foam. The most lumpy things I have ever slept on. The "smart" tv wouldn't hook up to any apps. So couldn't watch movies from my own accounts like Netflix or Amazon Prime. Room was overpriced.

Very nice stay and comfortable bed. End suite with the tub was very nice with balcony facing the river. Check in was slow and busy.

Great location with the river walk and the Mackenzie Pizza Company right next door. Very comfortable and quiet. I enjoyed the hot tub, pool and breakfast. Also, we accidentally left jackets in the closet and they called to notify us before we left town.

Great place to stay- safe location, clean, friendly staff and a better than average breakfast! Oh and a great view too!

Hotel was great, location is great, except the train every morning at 3am. Balcony is a great plus.
