Was so good we wnt to a restaurant instead Kind run down.

Very good

Front desk lady was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable, nothing fancy. Location was excellent for us to bike the Rivers Edge trail.

Disappointing

The property needs significantly better attention to cleanliness, maintenance, and basic guest amenities. I would not choose to stay here again.

Location Value, lack of amenities (there isn’t even ice on property), room didn’t have coffee, only had 2 flimsy plastic glasses to use throughout the stay. Had to ask for additional towels, No daily maid service, noise from upstairs and barking dog from next door, parking was VERY limited.

the room was awful. we didn't have pillows on the bed, the room was not clean and the smell of smoke was terrible. no one would talk to us about moving or getting a refund; so we had to just leave and go to another property and pay more money. The hotel and expedia both have been uncooperative.

different high $$$$ hotel. Couldn't, wouldnt

The staff like to smoke right outside the front doors next to the no smoking signs. The elevator smells like pot and the rooms were always humid and smelt bad.

The staff was really helpful however nothing on the website pertaining to the breakfast bar or any of that was accurate. It was barely a couple of things of coffee and some random muffins and a little packets of oatmeal just sitting by the front door. They don’t actually serve breakfast in the kitchen. They don’t have a dining area myself and other guests were baffled when we were looking for what we thought was going to be a fresh cooked breakfast as shown on the website only to find that it was just a taken go grab a few little things here and there that were tossed by the door and you’d be lucky to get a cup of coffee. They don’t even have an ice machine, but the staff was very nice to make sure to get me some ice when I asked for some. Also, the kitchens aren’t stocked with anything and no one told me even when I got there that I needed to order plates and bowls and anything else for the kitchen. There’s not even a coffee pot in the room.

Rooms updated and clean. Cleanliness on exterior of building. Smoking shelter outback was full of garbage (alcohol containers). Key card to room did not work correctly had to visit the front desk 3 times. Our friends room had the same issue - the front desk had to change out batteries in door then the card worked correctly.

It is in a lovely location down by the river and walks are very enjoyable. The hotel is certainly aimed more to the long stay clientele, I.e workers in the area. Didn’t have the breakfast It was quiet and parking was great. Not sure I’d stay again

Great space and cleanliness with kitchenette for the price!

Staff is nice Eric and Nicole Pillows had odd odor. Shower was not clean. Floors not cleaned. They did give me free 2 hour extension. The vending machine took my money the soda did not come so I lost 5 dollars. 3.75 for soda I didn't get and no change vendor had number called it no response very sketchy.

Very good

Room was comfortable. Price was ok. Overall an ok stay for a cheaper option. Bathtub was really dirty, LOTS of hair not cleaned out. Coffee makers need to be requested.
