Extended Stay America Suites Great Falls Missouri River

Check in was fine. Room was okay- uncomfortable beds. Dog poop all over outside the back door. Room keys would not work past 8am on day of checkout. Only two doors to get in and out of building - right at front desk - ridiculous- and it was not for security… breakfast was nutribars or old commercial packed muffins. Fridge in room worked but door was wrong way opening. The only good thing was the price and it was quiet.

Breakfast was minimal- coffee and a muffin, but otherwise it was great for the money.

Room was not clean. Did not have many supplies eg, no conditioner. Entire property was run down and musty.

The price of the property was good as well as the location, but the cleanliness know I found a hair on what was supposed to be a clean towel… The door was very difficult to enter every time and there was no icemaker on any floors. The guest was responsible for filling the ice cube trays which were not filled upon coming into the room. I would not recommend this hotel.

Only a coffee bar no breakfast in the morning. I paid through Expedia and when I checked out I think I got charged twice.

The motel was great. Booking.com is terrible. I couldn't get into my room because they declined my payment that was already taken out of my account and after the staff at the motel contacted them about it and argued with them about it they said that they forgot taxes so that the money I paid didn't cover the room. Booking.com owes me $16.00. Bunch of crap traveling that far thinking you have it all lined up then have to go through that and pay more.

Dirty room floor. No coffee for breakfast on most days at 8 am. Breakfast bars for breakfast. Staff is invisible unless you shout for them. Stayed for more than a week and no linen change or any kind of room cleaning. Like a cargo trailer with a semi comfortable bed.

It is clean, comfortable beds and Pet friendly. It literally backs up to the Missouri river and a little park with walk-way along the river. QUIET!!! its not off some busy streets or the interstate and you can actually get some sleep. The exhaust in the shower/bathroom actually worked! As in it wasn't a hazing humid mess after you get out of the shower. Sometimes its the little things :-) The rooms come with a kitchenette but you have to ask the front desk for any items, I get it because its easier to keep things clean & fresh for each guest but I think paper towels and dish soap wouldn't be too bad.

Rooms are nice size and kept up. Its location is perfect for a nice walk along the river after a long drive. Restraints are close with good food. The bathtub was not very clean with hair still in it.

The room was clean, parking was easy, and the stafff was nice.

When we arrived our room was not available, was down graded to a queen size bed. Not a real big deal…. But still. Had a kitchen suite with nothing available went an asked and was given one set of dishes and a pot. Not face cloths available. Room cleanliness overall was maybe a 5 out of 10. Overall was disappointing, I would not recommend staying here.

Maybe call your supplier ahead of time to avoid this. On top of that I didn’t get any sleep because of the noise from guests and staff walking through the lobby area all night long. Not a good experience this time around.

Rooms were not clean and the bathroom was very dated. Tub had hair in it.

Hotel located in town and was easy to travel by foot if preferred. Difficult to traverse small parking lot with larger vehicles.

The facility felt tired. Needing upgrades from ownership.

Stayed here several times in the past. Seems to be getting sketchier every year. Staff was very friendly. Room had a musty odor. Unfortunately I think this will be our last stay here
