Extended Stay America Suites Great Falls Missouri River

The staff was really helpful however nothing on the website pertaining to the breakfast bar or any of that was accurate. It was barely a couple of things of coffee and some random muffins and a little packets of oatmeal just sitting by the front door. They don’t actually serve breakfast in the kitchen. They don’t have a dining area myself and other guests were baffled when we were looking for what we thought was going to be a fresh cooked breakfast as shown on the website only to find that it was just a taken go grab a few little things here and there that were tossed by the door and you’d be lucky to get a cup of coffee. They don’t even have an ice machine, but the staff was very nice to make sure to get me some ice when I asked for some. Also, the kitchens aren’t stocked with anything and no one told me even when I got there that I needed to order plates and bowls and anything else for the kitchen. There’s not even a coffee pot in the room.

It is in a lovely location down by the river and walks are very enjoyable. The hotel is certainly aimed more to the long stay clientele, I.e workers in the area. Didn’t have the breakfast It was quiet and parking was great. Not sure I’d stay again

Great space and cleanliness with kitchenette for the price!

Staff is nice Eric and Nicole Pillows had odd odor. Shower was not clean. Floors not cleaned. They did give me free 2 hour extension. The vending machine took my money the soda did not come so I lost 5 dollars. 3.75 for soda I didn't get and no change vendor had number called it no response very sketchy.

Having a full sized fridge No ice machine 2 empty ice cube trays; the handle to the shower fell off; the phone in the room didnt work; breakfast was a joke; & they didnt accept Costco MC so i used backup Mastercard.

Room was clean and in good working order. Perfect size and closet was very nice. Kitchen area was great for dining in. Utensils, plates and glasses were easily available at the front desk Breakfast or lack there of. Coffee and tea were great! There were a few muffins and breakfast bars. No juice or water.

The hotel is in need of a good cleaning and the stairwell has an awful smell in it.

Water dripped all night in bathroom. There were clothes on the floor when I arrived in the room. Was not cleaned well.

Rooms are clean, staff is very friendly and helpful, and location on the river is beautiful. Location is beautiful but being on the river, the homeless and shady ppl walk the river so the parking lot is fair game for thieves. Just lock your truck and it is fine. No worries. Love this hotel tho.

I was trespassed from the property on July 2nd. My reservation for July 3rd to 5th should have been canceled by the hotel. I was charged for a reservation i did not use, could not use and denied my refund for payment.

The hotel front desk clerk called the police on me for being too loud and the police said I had a warrant and took me to jail. I lost all of my possessions in the hotel room which the hotel did not return.

There was an overall odor that we found ok but detracted from the experience. The breakfast offered was a joke, instant oatmeal and cheap muffins.

Check in was fine. Room was okay- uncomfortable beds. Dog poop all over outside the back door. Room keys would not work past 8am on day of checkout. Only two doors to get in and out of building - right at front desk - ridiculous- and it was not for security… breakfast was nutribars or old commercial packed muffins. Fridge in room worked but door was wrong way opening. The only good thing was the price and it was quiet.
