Had a great experience

Upon checking in the staff member didnt know what time the pool opened or closed was too interested in his phone to be bothered to talk to me. The window in the room was cracked, in the morning the elevator was broke down so anyone with mobility issues on the 3rd or 4th floor were not getting anywhere. The breakfast had no playes or bowls or cutlery by 8am, there was no bread or juice or milk or eggs left. When asked the front desk about plates or bowls was told management didnt order any and I asked what we supposed to do and told "I dont know" then they returned to their book. There was no care or thought at all. It was a very disapppointing stay to say the least and to see single dads with 2 kids eating dry cereal out of a coffee cup was heartbreaking. The room was clean and there was underground parking but other than that very disapppointing.

This was at a good location for my needs. I was attending the Great Falls fair and this was close by, clean, and easy to get in and out of. The staff were helpful and friendly. There are also enough eateries near by to make it worthwhile I did not like that it is advertised that there is a fitness center on the property. This was one of my 3 criterion for locating a hotel but I found the fitness center here was nothing more than a large closet with a weight bench and weight tree with dumbells that only went up to 20 pounds, and a treadmill. This was not an adequate fitness center

Did not feel very welcomed

The room was clean and modern. The bed was comfortable. Parking was not clear and inconvenient initially. Breakfast was good,

You didn't have plates or forks at breakfast for 3 days and it smelled of cigarettes

Great location, well priced and helpful staff

There was construction in the area. I found it hard to find the hotel since it was downtown. It was not as convenient for me.

The building is older and shows its wear and tear but the inside and room was clean. The staff was friendly and free underground parking garage was convenient. Being centrally located, there are many good food options close buy to the hotel.

Rough neighborhood but good property.

Great location in downtown Great Falls with very cruel staff

Our room and the breakfast area have had recent upgrades that look very nice. The WiFi was easily accessed. Unfortunately, the elevator was not working and the staff did not bring it to our attention. We discovered it when we retrieved our luggage from the underground parking after check-in. We had no problem using the stairs, but felt guests should have been made aware of the dilemma other than a sign at the elevator. In addition, at breakfast, they were out of plates and forks. Though not impossible to eat pancakes and sausages with a spoon out of a bowl. When I inquired the excuse was that they ran out of forks and plates a few days ago, with no reassurance that they would be replaced soon. Coffee was nice and hot and check out was easy.

We did not stay: we were concerned about groups of people standing around the building while we were unloading, ? solicitations.. elevator was broke, area around the building torn up and our room was totally trashed, not cleaned and disturbing. Staff person was apologetic. We went elsewhere. I'm hoping I can get my fee credited..

Clean room, friendly staff. Accomodated our late check in. Good hot breakfast. Ample parking and quiet surroundings.
