Things were clean, staff nice, but breakfast was empty if you weren't down early

It was clean but it was a low end room as I take it, to be expected when booked for a bargain price through Trivago.

Only word I can think of is disgusting. Sheet on the bed were filthy and had to ask for clean sheets. Floor laminate was peeling and the ac was set to 74 and could not be turned down. Took forever for the room to cool down and my family and I had barely any sleep. Brutal

Hard to sleep. Either the cleaners were loud in the evening or people above me were stomping and loud.

All was good

Parking is lacking for people traveling with trailers or anything on top of their vehicle due to garage height.

The worker was rude and horrible to me and she cancelled my reservation with out a cause assuming things about me and then says it was and error I don't believe that what a bad experience I went thru....so no I wouldn't recommend to no one to stay there unless u wanna get treated bad....I'll give that motel a zero..

The underground parking was really convenient and the rooms were great! I didn't want to leave the bed it was so comfortable!

Room was very clean and the staff was not very friendly

Breakfast staff was very nice and very polite. Checkin staff was nowhere to be found for over 30 mins. When he came he was cold and not very polite just like he disliked the job.

Convenient location, underground parking in the heart of downtown

This property is perfect for a one or two night stay downtown. While it isn't super nice, it has good underground parking, they have a breakfast area and do breakfasts. The lobby offers pamphlets on things to do around Great Falls and the rooms are nice enough you are comfortable. At least I always am and I have stayed here many times. AC worked great, bed was comfy, shower was clean and worked well. Provided toiletries which is nice.

Water was running in the room from the rain

The room and staff were good but the pool and pool area was very unkept as well as the breakfast or lack there of. We only had sausages to choose from and bagels. No eggs no pancakes. It was like there was no effort to even serve a continental breakfast. Normally you expect the coffee to bad but all of it! One good thing though..... it was clean.

There appears to be homeless people living there, which is no big deal, I suppose, but many doors were propped open with the door lock and people would slip inside without a key and disappear. It was an interesting stay.
