Super 8 By Wyndham Great Falls City Center

The room was dirty and the room looks like it had the landlord special.

got there at 4pm to check in, was informed that rooms were not clean yet, come back in an hour. I am sure he had said that several times because his tone was "not clean, leave and come back" then next. Came back at 530, still not clean. Now I pushed, stayed right there eyeballing him till finally in about 20 minutes, got a room. Single female, first floor open to the parking lot and wasn't completely clean. I stayed for 4 nights and couldn't wait to get out of there. I will be in Great Falls for 3 weeks straight and will not be staying here. I expected clean rooms ready when check in is open, and if something is wrong, some kindness is appreciated. That would have made a ton of difference.

The door should be locked until later in the am. Have a buzzer for people that are not guests and install a card reader for guests. Unless that changes I will not use the premises again. Thank you.

It’s just good for travelling around and nothing else

Staff was very helpful

More breakfast options would have been nice. Same food everyday. No microwave to heat up milk for cereal. Maybe extend breakfast to 9:30 or 10:00.

The potty would not flush. Microwave did not work. I sent a text message on the text that was sent to me and no one answered. I went to the front desk and no one was there. None of the door entering to the hotel locked. Places where I should have used a key were broken and doors just opened. I did not feel safe. I would have checked out but there where no other rooms available

Breakfast was the same everyday. They never checked on coffee station. Because ran out of creamer must times. That is just a few things that makes me not want to stay at Super 8 again

Room was dirty. The place is extremely loud at all hours. My son did not sleep. Wouldn’t recommend

Rooms are loud. Can hear the neighbours being rowdy like they are in your room. Hotel itself was good, staff was great. Pool good.

Breakfast was empty ( only small muffins, wet eggs, and dry cereal available ) pool was not cleaned and had an odor. Rooms were just aged well, I guess, not like the pictures on Expedia. Gate between the main floor and out door pool was not locked so anyone could come and go, homeless noted in the area.

Certain rooms carpets need deep cleaning, stain removal. Management people were very accomodating.

Super awesome place, great pool, great room and awesome front desk!

Everything was great

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well maintained. The breakfast was adequate! I would recommend this location!

The facility was loud all hours of the night. The air conditioner/heater was inconsistent and SO LOUD. We’d go from sweating to ok but awake because of how loud it was and how strong it blew the cold air until it shut off, then sweating again before it turned back on. People were loud, yelling and laughing and stomping until well after 1am. The floor in our room was disgustingly dirty. Took a shower in the bathroom with no vent (makes it really hard to get dry!) and walked into room to finish getting dressed to find the bottom of feet almost black from dirt. We had a room next to pool and had to open curtain for decent light and had someone walk up and try to peer into our room through the window. Beds extremely uncomfortable.

The pool was closed but the stay was good.

The staff was very helpful but the overall condition of the property, especially the parking garage, stairwells, and exterior were in fairly poor condition. The interior of the room, however, was clean.

Staff was MIA for over 20 minutes as the line at the front desk grew longer. The male red head barely spoke in an audible tone. Requested a small bar soap- never delivered. Skip this place. Unacceptable.
