Older Holiday Inn that they are updating. Beds and pillows were very comfortable!

The staff is very friendly and attentive. My room was nice and clean and had lots of home feel to it. It’s a nice relaxing place to stay with a great restaurant inside plus they have free water that they give to their guests and I work hard all day and that free water hits the spot when I get back.

They had some coordination issues with the breakfast that I purchased through Expedia and Holiday Inn could not find. Holiday Inn resolved this problem to my satisfaction.

I enjoyed the breakfast, game area, and the beauty of the lobby. I also enjoyed the room and space. I just drove 8 1/2 hours and it was nice. I thought there was a water slide but there was not. Pool area was a bit small for the size of hotel. It would have been nice with all the people swimming.

The rooms were fine size. They were reasonably clean. There was need of repair on the floor in front of the main floor elevator. Saw several people trip on the tiles. The room we stayed in was noisy and there was light around the door. The breakfast is not complimentary like other hotels. They expect you to sit down to a full priced meal in their building. Their staff was friendly and reasonably prompt.

The property is absolutely filthy, I dont mind construction, or anything like that, but this was awful, however the front desk guys were excellent, everything else was disgusting. The employees are wandering around as if its a social club, holding hands like its high school and you,the lucky guest, just arrived to prom, and unfortunately the front desk guys were the only ones taking the job seriously. At first I thought it was an extremely relaxed atmosphere, and it must be a fun place to work, however to my horror, I found out otherwise. Flecks of black poop all over the toilet handle, short and curly,-and of course long and straight hair in the shower. The carpet has long white dog hair all over the carpet. The bed had all of its assorted sheets and blankets, unfortunately they must have been trying to save money and going green because they weren't clean at all, BOTH BEDS and the assorted sheets have short and curly hair, and not just a small amount. A rather large amount as if someone just left the sheets where they were supposed to be when the guest finally checked out, and decided to leave it for the next guest. Desk tops are also completely unwiped. I checked out and went to another actual clean hotel. I never write reviews because I dont want to be some loser yelp review guy, let me tell you, I will never stay at this hotel ever again, i used to think Holiday inns were the place to be, not anymore, you guys look like a super 8. Garbage. I want my money back as well.

Property is beautiful, staff is great

Stayed 3 nights. Reported door didn't latch first morning. Said it was fixed, but wasn't. I figured how to move the door plate around to get it to latch. Never got clean towels or garbage taken out the entire time. But on morning of check out house keeping was banging on the door at 930am wanting to know if we were getting a late check out. Check out wasn't until 11am.

The hotel itself was great - rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. However, our biggest concern was the lack of information provided on the state of the pool area. We specifically chose this hotel for the waterslide shown on the website and our young children were extremely disappointed when they discovered it was being renovated. I feel this was a failure on both the hotel and Hotels.com for neglecting to inform customers of this. Otherwise, our stay was enjoyable.

The lobby looked nice We reserved the hotel for the waterside; however, after we checked in we found out there was no waterside. The water pressure in the bathroom was so low, and no drain stopper in the sink, it made shaving impossible.

Excellent stay. Very clean and quiet. The waterslide is still under renovation. ?Has been for 6-9 months now? But the pool ad hot tub are very useable and lovely. Ther was a cute poolside chess set that my kids loved to play. Great location with safe and lots of parking.

The room was clean. We had a couple of issues, but the management was there immediately to help and fixed the problem.

Clean room

Like the location of the motel. There aint to many motels near shopping areas. This is why I choose this motel over any others. I don't like how there's no continental breakfast in the mornings. That is something me and my daughter enjoy in the mornings while everyone sleeps. You gotta pay for breakfast, than it's a restaurant style.. would like to see a space for continental breakfast setup different from the restaurant.

Customer service at check in was terrible.

The room was clean, staff were all courteous and helpful each time we interacted with anyone; while we checked in, roaming the property or asking the housekeeping team for any needed items.The location is great if you're shopping in Great Falls, and it's easy to get to. The parking lot needs some work. But overall this was an enjoyable stay.

Everything was really nice but the microwave wouldn't start in room #235 😞

Morgan and the front were amazing and very professional with there job any needs were taken cared of immediately and great with the young kids What a amazing team Paying a 20 tip for them not to fully clean my room
