Holiday Inn Great Falls- Convention Center by IHG

Quick easy check in. Good location, close to airport, restaurants and shopping.

Room was comfortable. Bathroom is very small and tight spaces making it hard to use any of the counter space and door almost hits the toilet trying to close. No waterslide was a bummer for the kids but pool area is still nice. Hotel is definitely dated but was fine for a quick 2 night stay.

Definitely would not stay here again. Unsecured at night. Both staff members were terrible. Knocked on our door at 10pm to say they had ran the wrong credit card and needed me to come back to desk. Of course hot tub was closed. Definitely would not come back to this location.

Check-in was very slow; no priority given to the member line. Attempted to charge me for a room that was already paid for thru a third-party. Room had a stained chair in it that should have been replaced a long time ago, so gross. Construction going on around the pool until at least 9 pm. Very noisy between pool patrons yelling and screaming, then construction. Needs more sound barriers.

Front desk staff took a long time to get reservation into system

Computers were down when we arrived for check in. We waited in the lobby area. Charity was so nice. She gave us two complimentary drink tickets and commented on how patient we were. Much appreciated. Everything was awesome We had a great time.

The staff were so friendly and made our stay extremely comfortable.

Loved the pool and hot tub area! Rooms were spacious and cleaned daily. The 24 hour gym was a much appreciated feature and also liked the complimentary water bottles to help keep guests hydrated on a very hot weekend!

Stay here often on my travels. Lots of parking. Friendly staff throughout. Heavy odor of cleaner inside room. Had to have our key rekeyed on day 2 of our travels. Lots of remodel happening so I’m eager to see the finished product.
