Well at first it does look a bit off. I really dont mind staying here. Very good location, helpful staff, and the best part its QUITE! (Sorry for yelling 😐 😅) but really i have stayed in literally 90% of the hotels here in great falls. And this one is one of my fav's "Sleep well my friends"

Staff very friendly. Room was ok but microwave didnt work, fridge had no freezer,.

I had a very nice stay at the Plaza Inn. The room and bathroom were clean. The mattress was firm and the pillows were comfortable. The gentleman who checked me in was pleasant and friendly. I would stay at the Plaza Inn again and would recommend it to my family and friends.

Older motel. Check in was fast and pleasant. Room was clean, white towels, king bed was comfortable. The air conditioner was not able to keep the room cool. Outside was high 90 degrees. Would stay there again.

Zeer vriendelijke meneer, vers fruit bij het ontbijt, goede koffie. De kamer is verouderd, maar schoon!

Honestly ot is a good old fashioned economical 3 star stay, and sometimes that it just what you need. Not fancy but good updated furniture inside and real tile in the bathroom. Good shows on a good tv. We were in town for a baby delivery to support a family member. This place had all we need. I think there are a few permanent residents but they seemed nice. Certainly not the ritz, but has a continental breakfast and a pleasant desk attendant. A ok and thanks so much.

Dirty floors hairs in the bathroom what looked like diarrhea on the bath ceiling unpainted walls

This is an older facility, quite adequate for short term stay and very clean. The 2 queen bed room had most of the conveniences we needed including refrigerator, microwave and free WiFi with a good connection. The only thing missing was an in room coffee maker. TV was a CRT type, but performed satisfactorily. Continental breakfast was sparse, consisting of packaged pastries, and coffee. Hot water for tea was not available, but the owner/manger boiled water for tea in his office and provided tea bags, which we felt was very accommodating and compensated for the lack of self-service tea availability. Beds were comfortable, and furniture included table and comfortable chairs. The location was easy to get to and also easy to get to historical sites we wanted to visit. Economical price, good value.

I had to go cheap for this stay and one gets what one pays for. This really wasn't bad but a bit behind the times and in a strange location (corner of a mall parking lot--right up to the motel building!) I loved having the fridge and micro in room and the AC was quite welcome and cold. Almost still can't stop laughing at the yellow bathroom fixtures. Appreciated the complimentary upgrade to a king bed from a queen bed, although I didn't ask for it--I suspect it had to do with our being noticeably a same-gender couple? We experienced a minor earthquake there, and all was fine--wasn't checked on, but again, it was minor. Got an unexpected call on my phone to confirm we were indeed coming--were running late and driving across country that didn't have cell signal--had me worried for a bit.

The room we finally chose (tried a couple) was clean but very old and showed its age. It is a very cheap budget motel that I will never stay at again.

The motel manager was pleasant and the bed was pretty comfortable, but the air conditioner was set at a low 69 degrees and the noise from the road made it hard to sleep. The "continental" breakfast consisted of an unhealthy wrapped pastry and coffee.

I just wanted a budget hotel to get a little sleep at on a long drive home. It totally fit the bill. No frills and reasonably priced.
-
They might as well not offer breakfast. It included a can of BOOST or a sweet roll with coffee .
-
Older motel but very clean, neat with amenities as advertised
-
It did prove to be VERY clean and quiet. It had updated bathrooms and windows so was a pretty good stay. With two females staying alone I did have concerns regarding safety.

This hotel need some major updating and upgrading - the rooms are small, needing a paint job and a new TV. The manager was nice and helpful but his great customer service couldn't help for the ugly tiny room. The location was great next to the Holiday Village Mall but a major overall is needed. Fixed first and I would recommended then.

After reading previous comments we were a bit concerned about our choice but all worries were groundless. Yes, it's rundown but the manager is making upgrades; painting was going on while we were there. "Breakfast" was a plastic-wrapped mystery danish, really our only complaint. The bathroom was tiny but the pink and white toilet made us chuckle. The room was clean, no odors, and the two nights were surprisingly quiet considering it's right on the major highway. And the manager was friendly and helpful.

Front desk clerk didn't speak english well and the area was very sketchy. Where was the breakfast? Very old place. The fridge dripped water all over our leftovers and ruined them. We will never stay there again.
