Wingate by Wyndham Great Falls

The staff was very friendly and helpful. My room was clean and looked like some updating had been done to it. There were some nice amenities in the hotel and the breakfast was good for a less-expensive-hotel breakfast. The place was quiet, as well. I had no issues with the hotel itself. My only issue was with the surrounding neighborhood. On one side it was residential, which was okay, but my window faced a Dollar Tree across the hotel parking lot that had graffiti on the back of it and trash strewn around, with some "interesting characters" walking through the Dollar Tree parking lot. The two properties are separated by a fence, but I'll admit I was a bit concerned about my car. Thankfully, everything was fine. I'm sure there's nothing the hotel can do about this, but it's unfortunate because there seem to be some descent shops and restaurants in the area.

staff was friendly and accommodating. hotel needs updating. Saw locals walking in and taking breakfast in the morning. patrons parked in parking lot blasting bass from music at 3AM. AC extremely high in rooms and not easily adjusted to a comfort level. will not stay here again.

Good for the price Heard that Room keeper could open our room when we were still sleeping in the morning. After we were done our breakfast, we couldn’t get in our room with room card. Tapped and red light shown.Needed front desk to reset the room card to get in.

breakfast was good some mornings, was skimpy once or twice. no kind of meat.. no sugar for the porridge etc
