Wingate by Wyndham Great Falls

staff was friendly and accommodating. hotel needs updating. Saw locals walking in and taking breakfast in the morning. patrons parked in parking lot blasting bass from music at 3AM. AC extremely high in rooms and not easily adjusted to a comfort level. will not stay here again.

Easy location for getting around Great Falls. Could have been cleaner. Cosmetic updates in locks, switch plates, shower curtain rods, etc were shoddy. Staff was great. Everybody was hustling for the guests to have a good experience.

Great location. Quiet. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was great with a lot of options. Only suggestion would be to have an extra blanket in the room and perhaps 4 bath towels instead of 2 since there isn't any housekeeping services for 3 days unless requested.

The facility was definitely not what we expected from the pictures we didn’t end up even staying. The rooms and hallway had a bad smell. The property was very old and not well kept.
