Kathleen at the front desk was most helpful and delightfully polite. We really felt welcomed.

2nd floor smelled horrible like dog urine and pet dander. Bathroom sink was plugged, carpet in room was dirt along with urine stains on bedding.

The WiFi is terrible here if you run a business and rely on internet then this is not the place for you. You barely can load a web page. It’s not good. My second night here the fire alarm went off at 10:30 pm. With no explanation. It was very stressful to be awoke by that and not receive an explanation. I was removing my items to leave and at 8:40am I was locked out of my room before I had gotten everything out. More than 2hrs before the 11am checkout time. Just seemed pushy and rude. The lady did help me get my key working again. The room was clean however. The gals and stairways were not clean.

The non smoking room smelled like smoke. The location was unsatisfactory. The property was not well maintained and the side door to the outside would not lock. Allowing entrance to anyone without a key.

Great location. Close to residential area for walking. Quiet and comfortable.

Professional staff, very clean!

Room was clean. Bed was so uncomfortable, and the pillows were lacking. The door to the room was not fit to the opening you could see light all the way around it, in turn the noise from the hallway was loud. The curtains closed but all the way around them you got light, it looked like it never got dark outside. The bathroom was small if you had the door open and went to sit on the toilet you could not shut the door with out turning sideways or standing up.

The bathroom floor had hair in the corner next to the bathtub, on the left side. The tv needs to be replaced. The air conditioner worked great!

Really liked the way they send you text messages asking if the room is acceptable. Did not care that room sink has no drain stop - when I asked maintenance he replied “it's a drain” it would be not to worry a out dropping things down the drain.

Clean, recent room Reno’s.. good location and a good price point. Breakfast was quite good, small eating area but adequate

The property was adequate but a little outdated. the receptionist was not overly friendly.
