Great location overall, the property was awesome and close to good restaurants and shopping

The rooms were clean and the staff helpful. There is shopping within walking distance. Do not believe anyone who tells you grocery store are walking close though. We were told that and did almost a mile one way. Being a senior it wiped us out, lol.

The phone call 10 minutes after checking in to make sure everything was fine.

The staff were incredibly nice and helpful when asked for recommendations of places to eat and things to see in the area. The hotel is centrally located between the historic downtown area and the "hub" of restaurants and shopping area. The bed was very nice and comfortable and the hotel was immaculate. I will definitely book this hotel when I go back.

The rooms and staff are wonderful. The rooms are clean and the staff are very helpful. The hallways and eating area look like they need an upgrade. Great location for shopping!!

Windi at front desk was exceptionally guest focused, kind, knowledgeable. Room was clean and very comfortable. Location was less than a block for main road, accessible to everything. Elevator. Breakfast included was very good and value for cost was good! No complaints

The room we were given had about 20 box elder bugs crawling all over the walls, complained to the front desk and was told that we couldn't change rooms as they were busy. they sent a man to kill the bugs but he was too scared to do it. I had to kill all of them myself, My wife was to scared to go to sleep incase more came in as there was a nest just below our window

When I arrived, the parking lot had virtually no lighting, which immediately made the property feel less secure. The front desk staff were pleasant, but the check-in process felt rushed. While I was completing the paperwork, my room number was announced out loud. As a woman traveling alone, this was especially concerning because there was a group of men sitting in the lobby within earshot. I strongly considered asking for a different room, but after a long drive I was exhausted and simply wanted to get settled for the night. The room itself was clean, aside from a few beetles, which I understand can happen this time of year. However, shortly after I settled in, the phone in my room began ringing unexpectedly. I did not answer, and thankfully it only rang once, but after the concerns I already had during check-in, it added to the uneasy feeling of the evening. I also found the walls to be very thin, and there was a fairly large gap underneath the room door. I could clearly hear people entering and moving through the hotel late into the night, which made it difficult to relax and sleep. Nothing individually made this the worst hotel experience I have ever had, but all of these things combined made for a very unsettling night. I hope the hotel considers additional exterior lighting and greater discretion when communicating room numbers to guests, especially those traveling alone.

Hotel is a bit outdated, but has all the amenities you may need for your stay. Room was clean, staff were kind, breakfast was good, and great location for our itinerary. Would stay again!
