Comfort Inn Great Falls South

1) Safe didn't work -- probably never had the battery changed. 2) No obscured window -- the room pictures show curtains, but they don't actually draw. Nor is there a pull-shade or anything to obstruct the window. As I'm on the ground floor, anyone can simply look inside if they want to. The only veil is a very thin (and ratty) "cheesecloth" serving as a kind of curtain, but you can see right through it. Zero privacy. 3) The walls are paper-thin -- you can clearly hear entire conversations by people in adjacent rooms, the hallways, or the pool, which was close by. I spent the entire time in the hotel with headphones in so I wasn't listening to screaming kids all the time. 4) The AC works... sort of. The temp sensor is obviously jacked and it's VERY LOUD. 5) The bathroom wasn't serviced -- it had two tissues and only one tiny bar of soap for both the sink and shower when I arrived. 6) Breakfast -- This was actually decent. There's not a huge variety, but I've definitely had worse. The eggs are rubbery and gross, but everything else was okay. 7) The bedsheets and chair look like they were shredded by a manic housecat. Disgusting. 8) They locked down the TV so you can't plug in alternate video sources (DVD player, game console, etc.). WHY?! What is the point of doing this??? The "input" buttons on both the remote and the TV itself just don't work, but all other buttons do. 9) Bed LOUDLY creaks in response to any movement. Overall, a terrible experience

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room could use some renovating but it was clean. The hotel is very close to the mall and restaurants.

Pool was gross and shower kind of dirty. Not a very vice feeling stay unfortunately

Breakfast was good with plenty of food and selection. Room was fairly well kept and modern.

Everything about our stay was excellent. The only inconvenience was having to wait at the front desk for someone to assist us.

Not worth the $200 price, but options were limited for last minute booking. Room was very stale with a smoke smell. Bed was comfortable and looked clean. The room Could use a deep cleaning. Never attended the breakfast. Staff was pleasant.

The pictures for this hotel are not accurate. It has a very old rundown hotel feeling. They need to update the outside parking lot lights. It’s not worth the money

Our king bed was really comfortable, the bathroom was up to date & I loved the shower. Our room was also very quiet so we slept well. The breakfast had a good variety. Staff was friendly & helpful. We enjoyed our stay!

The rooms were clean. The facility is older but well maintained.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Nice to have a pool and AC. Close to everything. Property is in need of a deep clean and some upgrades. It worked for what we needed.

We booked at the last minute. Were put into a handicap room without being told ahead of time. Perhaps they were fully booked a had no other room available but it would have been nice to have been told. Room was ok but the mirror in the bathroom was lower to accommodate a wheel chair however very awkward for someone standing.

Nice place to stay clean and their breakfast is excellent even have a morning cook there for other options that comes with the breakfast. Would stay again.
