Comfort Inn Great Falls South

Hotel was clean and staff was very helpful. The guest laundry facilities were not fully functional. Breakfast was lackluster.

Room was clean, well maintained and staff was outstanding friendly and helpful.

Worst night of sleep. The fire alarm kept going off starting at 1 am. We were exhausted and moving was not an option. We left the wall furnace off and it stopped beeping. We got about 4 hours sleep. When I reported it in the morning, the desk person said “thanks we will look at it”. Wow! The customer service is a little rough!!!

Stayed one night with the family. Had no issues, room was clean, staff was helpful. Building is starting to show its age, but nothing glaringly wrong. Would definitely stay here again the next time we come through Great Falls again.

The room was clean, the beds comfortable, breakfast delicious and the staff were great!

The hotel and room itself was decent. I do believe our room may not have fully been cleaned prior to our stay. We checked in very late at night and when we went to shower there was only one towel in a room that slept four and the shower had a used bar of soap and the wrapper wedged in the shampoo and conditioner bottles on the wall. If it hadn’t been after 1:00am we likely would have called down but at the point it was realized it was too late.

Clean rooms and ok breakfast. Room on 1st floor was noisy all night with footsteps but staff was able to move us to 3rd floor which was much quieter. Noisy air conditioning but I had earplugs.

Didn’t get any sleep in the night got a call to our room at two in the morning and woke me up asking if it was me making the noise. After that, all I heard was a woman getting smacked and screaming problem with finally dealt with an hour or two later only got three hours of sleep that night.

One night stay over on a motorcycle trip, hotel was easy to find, clean, nice room, good breakfast.

Okay for an overnight stop along our way.

I don't have any criticism towards my stay at Comfort inn S. In Great Falls. I mistakenly on my part arrived 1 day early of my booking and was accommodated with a room for the currant day with no problem. I had no problems with anything, the bed was very comfy the room was clean the a/c worked great and the desk staff was very helpful and courteous. The location is very good with many good restaurants virtually on the same block. The breakfast place right in front of the hotel doors is a gem and the Indian restaurant just off the parking lot was very good as well. I would definitely book this hotel again.

Room was very small as elevator shaft took up about 25% of the room. Or perhaps the room was built around the elevator? Place is worn and tired. When I opened my door to go to breakfast an unknown dog ran in!! Yikes !! Breakfast was mediocre and the coffee was terrible.

Great location to restaurants and shopping

For the price great stay. Front desk gentleman advised us to check out Gibson park every Wednesday the city band plays in the park till Aug. thank you
