Overall, it looks like the owners wanted to open as fast as possible and in turn missed a lot of little things that make a huge difference for the guest. Also, note for owners, you’re in the hospitality industry, you really child put your “guest” thinking cap on instead of how can you save the most money and still make the place look presentable. Staff was very friendly but literally were not trained near enough as they had zero answers for fixing these problems.

Very nice and clean hotel. For some reason we were out in a handicap assessable room in the first floor. Room 117. As night approached we noticed there was no shade to pull down to keep the big bright light right outside our room at bay so we could sleep. Which made it almost impossible to sleep cause it was like the dark room had the lights on. At 5:15am, the breakfast crew arrived. And we were the wall right behind them. As they opened each cubbard, drawer, etc it slammed against the wall our heads were resting on our pillows. No sleep was had. But most importantly, this is supposed to be a room that makes things easier for a handicap person. This would be most de stressing and harder for someone who is handicap. It seems silly to put all this work into a room wheelchair assessable and no one can get an hour of sleep in

Clean and comfortable. Only complaint was the heater in the room is quite noisy. Needed ear plugs to sleep with it on.
