Conveniently located. Great pool & hot tub. Room & bed very comfortable. Staff really nice & helpful. Breakfast was just ok

I loved the bed, very comfortable. I thought the room could have been cleaner and the fireplace did not work. I think the price was also a little high.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Quiet and convenient location. No tub or shower stall in bathroom. This resulted in a very wet bathroom area around the sink and toilet.

Bed was very comfortable. Ceiling tiles were leaking in the bathroom, bathroom fan did not work, and the bathroom wreaked of urine that we went next door to buy an air freshener. When we notified the front desk they said there wasn’t anything they could do.

Friendly & accommodating staff. No complains. Very clean.

Staff was great and rooms were clean. We had no TV for two days in the hotel and the rooms were very poorly lit for those with vision issues. Our room had only bedside and a desk lamp and the bathroom....not enough when the drapes are closed.

Spectrum was down for more than half of our stay so no tv. The ac in our suite didn't reach the front part so where I had to sleep it was so warm and I don't sleep well in that. The guy working was nice and got me a big fan. The sink was plugged a little so every time we ran the water gunk would come up gross. Breakfast was meh. Tasted fine but little variety

Swimming pool and hot tub was nice. Rooms are kept clean.

Blessings to you all The only thing we didn't like is that the hot tub whirlpool was not working at the time we were there otherwise everything was great.

Never got to stay, had to get room at another hotel. They claimed they didn’t have my reservation when I clearly had my confirmation

Loved everything about this hotel and can't wait to return
