Coffee was wonderful along with a great breakfast buffet. Rooms are very quiet and clean. Staff was excellent and very helpful. Lights are to bright hurt your eyes. Outside windows were very dirty. Could use Queen Size pillows on Queen size Beds. Would be nice to have sheer curtains behind the black out curtains.

The room was large and the whirlpool tub a nice benefit. The only drawback was that the TV was mounted on the side of the bed, making very difficult to watch.

Arrived and wasn't immediately greeted even thought there were two ladies right there. One, who didn't appear to want anything to do with the place, and then one newer one. She finally checked us in. Had some issues with the card, but then sent us on our way to room 133. Once we arrived and opened the door we were hit with cigarette smoke so bad we had to immediately vacate the room! My daughter has asthma and was starting to cough! This room was awful! I went back to the front desk and approached the same lady and explained my concern. She tried telling me that they had NO remaining suites for the night! After much time on the computer she found one on the 3rd floor but the whirlpool didnt work. She took me there to show me and I guess to make sure it smelled better! It did. The whirlpool didn't work and nothing was offered in return for that however! A meal voucher, a discount, nothing. Just a "sorry, tough luck!" The room was nice, however only 1 bed for 4 people! They consider a hide a bed a 2nd bed! Joke! Broken toilet seat. The pool needs a deep scrub and update. The hot tub needs....an over all redo as well! Breakfast was ok. Bacon was a plus. Didn't appreciate the cleaning people talking about me in the morning however when I over heard them complaining about the "people who said it smelled like smoke!" I would look elsewhere maybe. It's not my 1st choice.

Great breakfast selection, ample parking, great location Room was dark, only had 2 lamps, no light in the entry were the mirrors where made it impossible to get ready anywhere but the bathroom.

The shower had hair in it as well as the in room hot tub. The outside hot tub wasn't working. I'm usually impressed by the cleanliness of the rooms. I wasn't this past weekend. Seems like outside hot tub is never working anymore.
