The only thing we did not like was the only place to sit were two wooden chairs and I like a comfortable chair to sit in after traveling.

The room wasn’t ready when we wanted to check in but they upgraded us which was great. The suite was excellent. But continental breakfast was cold, omelette and sausage was cold. Spa jets wasn’t working. They need to upgrade the hotel.

Everything was clean in the room. The room’s window was facing the child’s pool area. I cannot imagine how loud that would be at other times. The outside of the building seems like it hasn’t been cleaned in years. The hallways smell like pee. And we paid $550 for the night because of a Green Bay Packers game. Not their fault, supply and demand and all that but it’s insane.

On the positive side, the bed was comfortable. We arrived after 8 pm, and the only food option at the hotel was to buy a truly awful frozen dinner and defrost it in the microwave. Nasty! Breakfast was ok at best, but we were only offered plastic cutlery and plates. This is not acceptable.

Tub had a slippery floor. Could not get shampoo and conditioner out of dispenser. Breakfast was fine. Staff was friendly. Bed and linens were very good.

The WHIRLPOOL!!! The parking lot is a bit confusing. Wish there was more lines to follow.

Washer and dryer unit for guests and whirlpool room, and the A/C & heat in the rooms work great! It could be loud at times, definitely can hear the noise from the freeway as it’s right off there, and you can hear a lot of talking coming from the halls.
