Our air conditioner made loud clicking sounds during the night-we called the front desk on Saturday morning to let them know about this and they said it would not be fixed on Monday and definitely not Sunday. We left Tuesday and the air conditioner was still not fixed and would randomly make clicking sounds. Breakfast attendants were helpful and kept the food well stocked.

I am asking for a refund. We went to a different hotel.

Location worked for us and the breakfast was good but the jets on the hot tub didn't work. Couldn't open the window because someone previously broke the screen and the toilet didn't work properly.

What a wonderful place staff was super friendly gave us extra tickets for family that was coming to visit us at hotel to swim with us Hot tub jets weren’t working but it was not a big deal room was great The shower in room was gorgeous

Waterpark was cute. Nice do th kiddos. Room with whirlpool was great just what I needed but the shower needs updating. Pillows too soft for my liking. fresh lemon water at entrance was a plus. Breakfast good!

Great family friendly place to stay

Our room was fine, could have been cleaner it felt dingy. The A/C did not work very well our room was 72 degrees for most of the stay. The pull out bed was broken so we couldn’t use that. Also the cable tv situation was horrible some days we got a local channel and some days we didn’t.

Kids loved the pool, peaceful rain shower for the adults :)

The breakfast was decent, but the area was not clean. The pool was designed for small kids - we were 2 adults and 3 teens so did not enjoy it. Also the water was greenish brownish. There was a wedding on Saturday and by Monday, there were still rose petals all over the floor in the main hallway and all of the trashcans in the public areas were still overflowing. On the plus side, it was extremely quiet. We remarkably never heard any noise from outside our room. I would never recommend anyone to this location.

Pool area was decent, clean overall. Room was average.

I was not sure they changed the bedding as one of the pillows smelled very strong of perfume. The carpet was wet by the window. There was a big big bug in the shower. The manager never contacted me about these issues. I told the housekeeper and she was supposed to have the manager contact me but that never happened. I told the front desk upon check out. There was no apology or anything. They didn't care. All she said was that is for the housekeeping manager to know about. I will not stay here again. I will not shower with huge long multi legged creature in the shower!!!

We really enjoyed our stay! Your bar/lounge is excellent, and I felt quite sophisticated sipping a smoked whiskey old-fashioned after a long day at Pulaski Polka Days. The beds were super comfortable and the breakfast had something to please everyone. We would definitely stay again!

Our room was never serviced. Also no internet in the room. Terrible!

Staff was fantastic and the restaurant was delicious

Good stay with grandson. He had fun in the water, smaller than we expected but perfect for an almost 2 yr old

My kids had so much fun in the pool area. The meal at the attached restaraunt 1951 was delicious and good selection at breakfast.

Breakfast wasn't great, slow to fill the hot food and not that many good options. The pool was not very clean and concrete missing under the table. We stayed here 2 years ago and had a much better experience. The kiddie pool is nice for kids. Rooms are spacious.
