The room was quiet clean hot water easy access. The people roaming around hotel but they kept to their selves

Absolutely nothing! The place smelled like vomit and ass. It was absolutely terrible, sheets and pillow cases were dirty, there was a handful of hair in a pile in the bathroom. The parking lot filled up with some scary looking people!

The guy in the office was okay. The place is a run down apartment. They provided, no towels, soap, shampoo or conditioner. The sheets were stained and the comforter had what looked like spotted blood.

It was very deceptive. It was a little ruined down, but didnt expect what I was about to sleep in. Got into the room and it was almost cleaned thoroughly, more deception. Laid down due to being tired from driving 14 hours. I woke up around midnight and was about to put my feet on the floor and their were bugs of all different sizes, running all over the floor and then looked at the counters and walls, it was a devastating moment of invasion of cockroaches of all sizes and they were everywhere when the lights were low and when I turned on the lights, the little ones ran but the bigger ones just kept on with their way. I had to leave a lot of my things even my shoes and socks that were on the floor. My socks were in my shoes and t hey wete in and out of them. Disgusting and i had left food, personal hygiene and it was horrific 😢 😫 😭. I paid over $108 to be mentally and physically tormented until check out time. Then the office people had the nerve to say that they were going to check my room before giving me my deposit back. Then I went in on my dramatic experience. Needs to be shut down!! Immediately drug addicts were everywhere as well. Terrible.

This place is absolutely Disgusting! Bed bugs and cockroaches! Staff rude and unhelpful! wish expedia wouldn't even let places like this on their site!

It was rundown and in bad shape the building wasn’t level. The stairs weren’t level. The building literally looked like it was falling apart. The only solid part of the building that I saw was my room.

It's a cheap place to stay.

Staff excellent ??..very kind..quiet here an there.. wonderful staff.. awesome Took a bit of time to figure out how to use shower..Very noisy here an there..road traffic heavy..

Sheets, blanket, and comforter were all filthy and had massive burn holes in them. Front desk employee gave me pushback when I asked for clean ones. The shower was disgusting, and I had to clean it myself before using it. No trash can in room. Holes in the walls. TV did not work. They be tall it felt unsafe and gross. Thank god it was only one night

I had to pay extra for a microwave and refrigerator

Dirty no exhaust fan, booked online after midnight so was unable to even use my reservation . Then I opened the fridge and a roach jumped out. Floors were wet from no exhaust fan when I got in there

Nothing good to say Bathroom exhaust fan was never cleaned and the faucet screen was still missing since the last time I stayed there
