Bay Motel

Room has everything we needed! It was clean and it was quiet. Nice place to stay. It was right near Lambeau and the coupons for the restaurant were a nice bonus! The food at the restaurant was excellent!

Nice area great location.

Clean, older (not updated) basic space. Nice staff. Great value. Feels safe. Comfortable mattress with updated comforter, however the sheets are very worn and pilling slightly. Restaurant closes early (8p). I’d eat a convenient dinner there if it stayed open later - like to 9 or 10p. I had to fiddle a lot with the cord of the microwave in to the power strip to get the microwave to turn on. No breakfast included but you can buy at the restaurant, and they give you a $3 off coupon (you’ll still pay $10+ for a simple breakfast).

The establishment was tranquil, and its location was excellent. While the premises were somewhat aged, they were impeccably clean and offered at a very reasonable price.

The hotel staff from front desk to cleaning staff were very nice and accommodating. The restaurant was very good and staff was friendly. There was plenty of parking and room to walk our dogs. The room was a little small with our 4 night stay. The floor was not clean but the rest of the room was good.

The check-in process was very disheartening. My husband and I are considering moving to Green Bay from Texas because my in-laws are older and live in WI, & we booked a room because he has a PA interview. We had been traveling a long while by car to get here & had made a reservation for non-smoking king size bed a couple of days before. The instructions were to let the hotel know if any type of animal was coming, & we let them know immediately after booking that we had a service animal. They confirmed the reservation & sent the appropriate confirmation letter and instructions. Upon our arrival, the lady at the front desk acted surprised and was very unpleasant when my husband told her we have a service animal and said that we would have to be moved to another room, a king room, and that the cost would increase as well. He told her he would have to talk to his wife, and he came out to with discuss me. I decided to go inside and speak with her. I asked her why there was a problem & told her that I had immediately informed them of our service animal at booking, and that the hotel had messaged back with instructions and confirmation as well as an update that on Sunday evening, which was yesterday when we arrived, the office would be closing at 8 PM. She said, “ I don’t see any messages, but I figured out how to make it work.” She never apologized even though she clearly violated ADA statute. We ended up staying, & the room was wonderful, but we are shocked at her attitude.

The Bay Motel is an absolutely charming, delightfully old school motel. At check-in you get a real key, a punch card, and a $3 off coupon for breakfast at the Bay Family Restaurant. The rooms haven't been updated in years, but they are clean and the beds are comfortable. The bathroom has minimal amenities, but lots of towels, and was very clean. I highly recommend the breakfast, as did our Uber driver.

Air-conditioner stopped working (unforseeable) but they replaced it within 30 minutes.

This quaint little motel is old-school and we loved it! Real keys that go in the doorknobs! Very clean room, comfortable bed, and the staff was very friendly. The restaurant was excellent, as well.

Nice little Property felt like we were back in the 60’s. Great Breakfast. They even had Free Newspapers for their guests

No drawers for storage. They missed cleaning our room & changing towels 2 days of our 6 night stay. Would stay there again.

We were in room 133. It smelled horrible, musty and dank. The room was dark and outdated and the sheets were old and pilly. Yuck.

The motel is located close to most things you might want to do in Green Bay and staffed by some of the friendliest people I might have ever met at a front desk. The rooms were small, but clean and well maintained for a 60 year old property. I loved that there was a restaurant attached and we used the $3 off coupons they give guests to help pay for breakfast one of our days there. The food was tasty and the menu was pretty large! There is absolutely nothing wrong with Bay Motel as an affordable lodging option, but it is certainly no frills. Overall enjoyed my stay!

The check-in was a breeze, even with multiple peiple/rooms in our party. The property and rooms were clean. Nostalgic but clean! The area was much more quiet than I expected as well.
