Got charged for breakfast. Did not eat breakfast.

When I arrive they told me breakfast was not included. I showed him my reservation and they decided to give me continental breakfast which was OK. The desk person couldn’t make the decision so she had to wait to talk to the manager who was not present.

There was a confusion about the breakfast being complimentary when it was not, the staff was very apologetic about the confusion and took 50% off our breakfast on 2 days of our stay which we greatly appreciated. We wish the pool had some pool noodles or floats for the kids. Everything else was amazing

The location of our event was close. The room was not anything special . The hall way floors on the second floor are dirty . The pool smelled weird like cigarettes

breakfast was very tasty there was no bath towels in room , no laundry bag in room, no ice bucket liner, ice machine didn't work had to go to next floor and drain plug in sink would not stay open.

Room was very comfortable and clean. Better explanation about breakfast that was supposed to be included in price of room. Had to pay $8.99.

Posh room and lobby decor. Convenient location. Reasonable price. Carpet in room did not seem very clean. Staff gave mixed messages about breakfast with my room rate.

Clean room. Good pillows. Very accommodating waitresses. Surprised that the hall floors and carpets were dirty. Room was clean tho. Breakfast was sorry. $8.99 for dull pastries, waffles and fruit. Much like that provided free at a lesser hotel.

Close to Lambeau, comfy,nice atmosphere. It would be nice to have more food options in motel.

No breakfast included??? Only hotel I’ve been to in years that didn’t offer a complimentary breakfast. $10 for a continental breakfast? No thanks! See above!

The hotel was very conveniently located for our purposes. The room was very pleasant, and the beds were most comfortable - always a plus as far as I'm concerned. The TV did not work, and the time we got in and wanted to watch was a little inconvenient to call someone.
