Every thing looks very good. I recommend needing to improve. Like a trash bag need to replace. Shampoo and soap liquid need to refill and check list

Our stay was a short one but a good one. Hotel frontal was friendly and the hotel and room were clean. Nice upscale designer furniture! Our room was large and spacious. Will definitely be back.

The room was ok but they make you pay for parking now, what a rip off!!!!

Breakfast was great with many selections. Room was clean and the staff was helpful and friendly. Lots of parking. Many dining and enrollment within walking distance.
-
The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom did not have enough counter space for cosmetic items.
-
Everything was as advertised.

Have clean, it was how professional the staff was. How beautiful the building was easy to locate

It was in a excellent location. Maybe on the weekends you could have biscuits and gravy.

The staff was amazing! There were a couple room issues we brought to the staff's attention, which they handled promptly. The bed was comfy. Room was great. The only downfall of the room was how loud the AC unit is when it kicks on...unfortunately I'm a light sleeper and woke up almost everytime it turned on. Overall, I would recommend.

The hotel was fine, but having to pay for parking during non-football time felt like a money grab. No free parking, anytime.

. It was a wonderful location it was beautiful I loved the room. . .The place is really nice other than the bed. It was supposed to be a night away for me and my wife but she got sick and everything was already paid for so she told me to just go alone but I ended up taking my brother-in-law. The bed. my god that bed, it was awful. I have a very comfortable bed at home so I don't expect to have that level of comfort when I am not staying at home. But my wife is the manager of a boutique Inn where we live, and the beds there are fantastic. When I say that I laid on that bed and I felt like it was a bunch of coil springs with some exceptionally thin cardboard wrapped in a canvas bag I am not exaggerating. It was the single worst bed I've ever slept on in my life and I grew up very poor and had hand me down beds from I don't know who. Probably an elder relative died and I got a bed upgrade. I have no idea but I know what a bad bed is. I had had quite a few drinks at this concert I was by no means remotely sober. It took me about an hour to fall asleep because it was so uncomfortable. It's obvious that this hotel has put serious effort into looking upscale visually. Where all of the surfaces look high-end and luxury. But then to spend all that money on things that look nice and cheap out or just not replace the most important parts of a hotel room when a remodel happens is absolutely wildwork. There was a couch with a pull out single underneath it. My brother-in-law slept on the couch because the pull out single he said it wasn't even something you could consider a bed it was so ungodly. I laid on the couch and plush grass is more comfortable. It's bad enough that I have to bring all of my own pillows from home because hotel pillows are absolutely garbage but my god that bed was awful. And I know I've gone really in depth on this but I cannot stress enough how deeply offensive I found this place because they don't care about their clients experience of sleeping. Like I said my wife is a manager of an upscale establishment where I live and it's the most expensive place in our town and she has like a 4.

Very clean, quiet and comfortable Nothing

Clean room, great staff, only complaint was the maintenance in the bathroom was lacking. Cracked tile, broken section of the door, and corroded shower head. Minor things. Beyond that was a wonderful stay.
-
The location, the lobby, the breakfast, and the staff. The room had a slight smell, the pillow on the couch had food on it and a few stains
-
Great location…pleasant staff
-
Loved the suite and proximity to the Resch! Will stay again.
-
The room was big, the breakfast was nice, the staff was wonderful the hotel was beautiful It was a little farther from our location and a bit expensive. The "bar" was only open for a couple hours. But it was a beautiful hotel
-
Everything was great! Only issue was there was nobody at the front desk to check in for 15 minutes. It was a little annoying to stand there waiting. Other than that, the place was great!

Rooms, pool and breakfast were great
