Bad odor throughout our room and hotel. Tiles in the bathroom were cracked and dug up. Room felt like it was barely cleaned before we had gotten in it

Bartender was nice and gave great recommendations for dinner. Desk clerk not the friendliest upon check in. Asked for just shower . Got shower tub combo, said nothing else could be provided. Bathroom Tiles loose on floor in first room provided. Room 320. Switched rooms. Charged $5 for Parking. Check out person was nice. Asked for quiet room- could hear band at bar near by late at night. Desk clerk said, nothing we can do about it.

Stayed at several other places in Green Bay and for a similar price point, this one is way off of amenities compared to the others. Charge for parking while you stay there? Really? Will be a a one and done.

Breakfast was your typical cheap U.S. standard. I went across the street for good coffee. We'll be looking for a new hotel in the future. It's too bad because in the past we have had good luck with Springhill Suites properties. Marriotts are getting worse and worse nowadays.

Marie went the extra mile to make sure we had a quiet room. She was amazing and so was our stay! The bed was so comfy, the room was quiet, the staff was friendly and the coffee was delicious!

Comfy beds The breakfast area was REALLY small and not well stocked. There were so many people in that area, all trying to eat at the same time…we gave up and went to McDonald’s. Also, $500 for one-night stay was a bit much.
