Great value for family fun!

Kids had fun in the waterpark and arcade at least.

Family friendly, great water park. Rooms could use some upgrades to the air conditioner/fans. Could be cleaner; remotes for TV were filthy and had no cap for battery compartment, not great with littles around. Pull out couch needed a new mattress.

Rod were falling apart; staff was helpful. After 3 days I have yet to hear from management for the blind falling in my head.

Family friendly. Good location.Trip hazard on cement by doors from outdoors by splash pad going into Waterpark. Housekeeping every 3 days and by request a day prior to request.

Clean room, not lots of blankets on the beds, staff was nice, bathtub didn’t drain, could use some updating for the price they charge

Room was clean besides old boogers on the wall by the toilet. No caffeinated coffee in the room, bathroom fan was super loud and maybe needs to be serviced. We were right across from the arcade and we thought it was going to be a lot noisier. The kids enjoyed the waterpark.

When I raised the issue, I was told that there were no alternative pillows available and was advised to use the comforter instead, which was not a practical solution. I spoke with both the night manager and the morning manager. They assured me they would discuss the matter with their supervisor and contact me afterward. I provided my contact information, but no one ever followed up. This was not the experience we expected, and it left us very disappointed. We spent a significant amount of money on our stay, yet ended up with discomfort, poor sleep, and a lack of customer service. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this property to others.

Everything was great and everyone was so nice!

Our room was clean for the most part, the dresser drawer was broken and couldn't be shut, we didn't have a remote for the TV, but front desk did give us one and the coffee maker was so dirty with a coffee pod left in the water, so I had to clean it out. The caribou restaurant did not serve dinner, which was a disappointment. The water park and arcade were awesome! Friendly staff.

Check in was Great asked for a room close to outside door ànd close to water park landed up with both. Room was clean, Beds were very soft. Life guards were very helpful. Went down to see if we could get an extra blanket was told they would bring one to our room never got one (grabbed one out of our vehicle.)Breakfast had sign wait to be seated no one around walked in and seen an employee on thier phone in the back by kitchen even yelled Hello and they never looked up. Had to goto front desk for assistance. Water park was good the two 8 year olds we had with had a great time.

Loved the comfortable beds!

The outdoor hot tub was broken our entire stay which was disappointing. Other than that the hotel was decent.

I took my grandkids and we loved it! Very clean, easy to move about and find everything. Close to Lambeau, shopping and dining. Great place in a great spot.
