My room had an air conditioning unit that was knocking all night and day. It wasn’t as cool as I wanted in the room. Hard to sleep with the knocking but too hot to just use the fan. I’m

Great place very clean staff was very friendly

Unless the guestrooms underwent major renovations, I don’t know that we would return. Our AC did not work, which made the room smell more musty. The staff was nice about that but it was kind of gross. Everything in the rooms needs updating but one bright spot was that the pillows were probably the best I’ve experienced in a hotel.

Good place for a quick family get away. It has its ups and downs but overall... we would go back again

Roach walked in my kids shoe Roaches on the towel rack Not smart to have roach infestation and to store garbage cans near the towel wrack which would be considered a warm moist area Old carpets in rooms Old Television’s Outdated

Place was a hot mess. AC didn't work in our room, it stunk and there were dirty towels in it. I think there were 3 luggage carts in the entire place. The games in the arcade were crazy old and didn't give out jack squat for tickets. (Compared to the same games at other places) The breakfast buffet, gross. Had better FREE continental breakfast at a crap motel. Best part.... wait for it...... there was poop on the ground of the pool, in a small trail. Thankfully, someone pointed it out and they cleaned it up. WITH A FREAKING BROOM AND DUST PAN! Sorry, they did take two swipes with a mop afterwards. All this said, some of the staff did appear to try and help? I got the feeling some of them wanted to, but were either understaffed or just didn't have the ability to do so. This is our second time here and it wasn't great the first time. We gave it a second try and NEVER AGAIN.

The lodge was very close in proximity to the stadium and the waterpark was a nice feature. The waterpark staff were friendly but they were not doing rotations to stay fresh one guard sat on post for over 2 hours which is a lot. The room was also dated and needs renovation, some of the conference rooms had dust and or broken blinds on the door going into the room. The doors were all locked so we felt secure.

Pool and arcade were very nice fun for whole family. I think it’s dumb you have to pay extra for everything like breakfast, coffee, extra resort fees after you’ve already paid how much for a room.

We travel with young children, so the onsite waterpark and arcade are a big hit. The waterpark is especially nice for younger children. It has a lazy river and outside splash pad. Also has a shallow area for toddlers. This is our 3rd stay at Tundra and the desk staff are generally grumpy in nature. Sometimes when checking in or asking questions we are made to feel an inconvenience. The on site restaurant has been closed the past two visits. It isn't a big issue unless you are hoping to eat on site. The cleanliness is average. The young staff in the arcade were very nice and worked well with the children.

The side of the hotel I was on had a smell of dog poop in the hallway and staircase. Beds were a bit stiff and uncomfortable. The toilet wouldn’t stop running after flushing it. It was clean and staff was friendly and check in was a breeze!

Great vacation with amazing waterpark

Stayed here while we saw a concert at the Resch Center. Location was nice and convenient, safe walk to and from. However, check-in was supposed to be at 4 o’clock. We were told three times it would be 10 to 15 minutes longer. Didn’t get to our room until 5:30pm only to find the toilet clogged. Then the next morning my son took a shower and there was no shampoo, conditioner or body wash in the containers that were in the shower.

What stood out most was the attitude of several employees. Customer service felt unfriendly and unwelcoming, and interactions with staff often seemed like an inconvenience rather than hospitality. The breakfast buffet was another letdown. The quality and selection did not justify the high price, making it feel overpriced and poor value for what was offered.
