Standard for what you pay except all the burns in the blankets and bed and the bathroom is very outdated you could barely get the sink to come on.

It is an Older motel, but as a small business owner myself I recognize that the owners, and staff take pride in business. Our room was clean, Staff friendly and helpful. Everything exceeded my expectations for the price. We'll be staying there again when We are in Greeneville

The tv didn’t work the shower didn’t work and the ac was so loud we couldn’t sleep!!! Would not stay here again!

Nothing! Absolutely disgusting! Disappointed, Disgusting, Didn’t even stay. Walked in room, it was yellow and sticky everywhere from cigarettes (non smoking room) I walked in, and went straight back to desk and told the lady that i couldn’t stay there due to the smell, she was nice and i was nice. She gave me a receipt showing me that she refunded my money, and now Booking is holding on to my money! Even though i have a receipt and did not stay there!!!!

The whole reason I booked the room was for the pool and the pool was about half full of nasty water and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in about a year. The heat lamp in the bathroom didn't have bulbs and the stopper wouldn't work for the tub. The AC unit's wiring looked a little iffy.

When I first arrived, they couldn't find my reservation. The room was dirty, and the curtains did not close completely. The staff couldn't care less if I stayed or not.

In very poor condition, roaches in the room, everything needs updating. Drapes are torn and don’t close properly!!

The location is great, however our bed was rock hard and the pillows were super flat. Our Ac in the room did not work when i asked to be moved rooms we were told oh all the ac’s are broken. Our bathroom sink leaked in the floor they had a rag wrapped around the drain.
