La atención muy buena y todo limpio. Lo unico que las máquinas del gym no funcionan de lo demás perfecto. Me volvería quedar ahí.

Decently clean room some towels did have staining. Staff was kind pets being allowed big plus.

Only complaint- needed more towels. Requested some but didn’t receive. I was staying there with my grandson for a college function and took several additional towels.

The hotel was just what was needed after a long drive and visiting three cemeteries in the area. Made for a nice stop over on the way to the Grandfather Mountain Highland Games in Linville, NC.

Room was clean. Distance to everything was good. Although the room was clean, we did find one huge water bug I believe in the bathroom. No one cleaned the room. I had to go to front desk and return towels to get new ones. No trash emptied, etc. The breakfast was mini muffins in a a packet and the juice machine was broke. The fitness center door wouldn’t open and from the window had a treadmill and old bike. Nothing else.

Was able to have my pet Mold everywhere in bathroom. Spiders everywhere. Toilet paper put in the peephole in hanging out the other side plaster to the door.

Pictures online did NOT match reality. Dirty room with dust that had been present a very long time. Broken glass pieces on floor. Yellow stained sheets. Shower curtain stunk of marijuana. Daylight exposed through exterior door. Room smelled of mildew. Bugs in the bathroom. Waste of money. Yes it’s a cheap motel but they can afford to actually clean…Also sat at the front desk nearly 10 minutes and called before anyone came to check us in. Would’ve rather slept in our car.

The front desk employees were kind and helpful. The rooms were updated, modern, and mostly clean. The check in lobby was a little smelly. When I walked into my hotel room bathroom for the first time, the toilet seat had pee dribbles and a pubic hair on it. Also the a/c unit is loud.

The Mexican restaurant next door was nice, clean, and great staff. First issue was the front desk area stunk. It had a nasty stale smell. Then the room was nasty. Pubic hair on the toilet seat, and on the bed linens as well. The room did have an office chair, however if you lean back you will hit the floor, the chair in the corner was filthy, we had to cover it with a towel. There was cigarette ashes on the beside lamp. The internet was in and out, we couldn't watch one program without it backing out of the app.

Room was ok. The one station we wanted to watch was not available and it was for the world cup games so not happy at all. Could not understand people running the place and they could not understand us. We checked out right away and did not stay the night. We were really disappointed in this hotel.

I did not recognize and breakfast available in the lobby. Seen trays and coffee but no food There was gap at the bottom of the door to the floor. Large enough for something to crawl through. I stuffed towels under door to close the gap

It was quiet through the night. Fridge worked well. A/C worked well. Poor upkeep of the building and surrounding outside. Two lights in the room did not work. The floor was dirty. The breakfast was just 2 tiny muffins. It did not have the quality of a Days Inn. The advertisement said pet friendly. Should have said extra cost with pets.

I think the property could use some updating

Very nice

The parking availability. It took 20 minutes for someone to let us in for our preapproved late check in. The room was not clean. The sheets had stains. The wifi never connected on the TV so we had nothing to watch. The "breakfast" was coffee nothing else.

The lady at the front desk was not very nice. She was very grumpy. I asked her if she was okay and she said she was tired. She acted like I was bothering her, while I was trying to check in. The bath tub was dirty and had not been cleaned. I asked the manager if they could clean it, and they sent the maid. She was nice.

Good hotel room for the price
