Greeneville Inn and Suites

The hotel is terrible, very dirty, just imagine stains all over the sheets, a sticky TV remote controls. The floors are dirty you can't even walk with bare feet. And it smells so bad.

Very very very dated, old, dirty, doors broken, unsafe, mold on paint in room, dust on pictures... etc looks like it really hasn't been touched since 1990

Everything went well from check in to check out

Good location to where we were going (Tusculum University). The physical facility was very run-down and could use a thorough cleaning. There were essentially no amenities except a television with no premium channels. The toilet in the room did not work, the shower was suffering from a feeble stream, the smokers threw their cigarette butts everywhere, and no one cleaned them up. There was no breakfast, no coffee pot in the room or in the lobby, and the toilets were filthy. The staff were uniformly helpful and friendly, but no one cleaned the room or emptied the trash the four days we were there. The parking lot was generously sized.

The staff here are very helpful and nice. I was greeted and checked in very quickly. If you need anything they are always around to help

Convenient, very reasonable, close to restaurants.

I definitely recommend if your looking for a place that feels like home away from home. I was not ready to leave when I had to come back across town. And the prices for the rooms are a great deal also.

Good value, but could use some cosmetic maintenance.

This property has no elevators stairs and property is severely not taken care of a lot of people living there not just staying over night. Beds are not mattress base just a hard base the only high point was pool was clean

This hotel has improved since I last stayed there. Improvements have been made to the rooms first, which is where the attention should be. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The exterior could use an update, but I was pleasantly surprised at how comfortable the room was.

Very good

This is most defiantly not what they advertise on the website - its a rebranded Economy Lodge. There were multiple large stains on the bedspreads, and the sheets felt dirty enough to me that I slept in full street cloths b/c I was worried about the cleanliness of the bed. The bathroom was not any better - lots of mold on all of the calking in the tub, a bathmat that looked like it's been in the same spot sine the 1970's and hair that was not mine stuck to the wall of the shower. The room, even though it was sold as a non-smoking room reeked of smoke as soon as I opened the door. The enclosed glass hallway that my room was located off of was hotter then necessary, almost as if the AC just gave up or wasn't even turned on. Overall I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
