Awful experience. The hotel was very dirty. The shower head was covered in mold. I will cross this hotel off my list.

When we first walked in receptionist greeted us. Check in no issues. Walked up stairs and started to have 2nd thoughts as the hall carpets were smelly and stained. Room key didn’t work had to get new one and push hard on the door due to paint.. Room looked like it had been remodeled with new carpet/paint/ bed was comfy. Bathroom however needed help..

Needs some serious upgrades. Only one chair (desk chair) in room, no clock, nightstand was too far away from wall socket and bed to charge cell phone, door looked like someone had tried to break into room, breakfast had much to be desired. Front desk check in (man), was hard to understand, didn’t speak good English. I stayed in same name hotel in Franklin , Tn and it was very nice. This one in Greenfield, Ind., not so much.

The photos on the website are very inaccurate. The place is so dirty. The carpet has so many stains it's one big stain. The smell is bad. The doors don't latch so there's really no security. I didn't end up staying here. I'm still fighting them to get my money back for the stay. Their website is false advertising. My emotional support dog alerted the whole short time we walked in the facility.

Staff is awesome. TVs tend to crap out though. Still a great place to stay.

In our room was some kind of dog/cat food on the floor The hallway smelled of cigarette smoke, as out the side door, people were going out to smoke directly near the entrance The breakfast area was broken up so the food was scattered on to opposite sides of the dining room The biscuit gravy was horrible tasting

Staff friendly. Carpet very dirty on 2nd floor but our room gets 4/5. The tub had stains and the covers on the bed had stains. We did not consume breakfast or use any amenities.

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable.

Appeared to see black mold at the base of the tub. A little bleach would help.

Nothing was said about it being under construction. The rooms were nasty the whole hotel was humid. Very bad experience!!! The front desk lady was very nice and very helpful!!

The carpet in the hall was nasty and smelled like vomit. The room was fine but no housekeeping came in the morning.

Stayed here one night during a cross country trip. Parking lot was easy to navigate with a small trailer, which we parked in front of the hotel in a very well lit and camera surveilled lot. Room was large and clean and good for our dog travelling with us. Common areas were a bit dated and not the cleanest. Pool was not open and seemed parts of the hotel were undergoing renovation. Breakfast was bare bones with limited options, but was free. Location is really good with lots of dining options open late.
