Parts we really did not care for start with the lights. The lighting in the room was all bright LED. It felt more like an exam room or a fluorescent cubicle space. Especially right between the beds. We had to hang a towel over them to reduce the light so that we could be in the room . Another thing was having the hand soap for the bathroom mounted high on the wall. Kids could not reach it after they’d gone to the bathroom so we had to go in every time and help them wash their hands. Wasn’t too convenient for us either because it means dripping water all the way across the counter where you might want to have cosmetics, or other items. I don’t mind that they’re getting rid of bars of soap because they want to save plastic and probably money but that was not a great place to mount a soap dispenser

Awesome new grill and outdoor shooting area to sit outside. Indoor pool was perfect. Staff, especially Hope was welcoming and pleasant. Young man found me a bottle of apple juice for my granddaughter. All in all, a wonderful stay.

Breakfast here was the best I had in many stays. Staff was great room was nice. My only complaint is the pool was very cloudy and strong smell I. A very hot room handicap lifts next to the pool were very rust and chunks were falling off.

The breakfast selection was good. 24 hour coffee and hot chocolate station. Best cinnamon rolls of my life! But they were short staffed at breakfast and the front desk associate, was also supposed to cook food and refill breakfast supplies. So most of everything was empty after a bit. She did refill, but it took a long time. Definitely not her fault. But the next day they had a separate breakfast worker and it was fine.

Front desk staff was outstanding! Clean, comfortable room. The gym was small and nit enough equipment. The bathroom needed a bit of maintenance.
