Staff was very nice and helpful. Needed towels one day and within two minutes they were delivered to the door. Only complaint is a lack of parking when returning late where we had to park in the neighboring hotel lot.

There isn’t a lobby in this hotel, but that doesn’t matter. We booked a celebrity guest for a weekend recently, and she loved the huge room! It was clean, and the few staff we saw were nice. No complaints. There is a gym on site. There is a small market on site for snacks and drinks!

We had a great stay! The room was extremely clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Having a full kitchen was a huge bonus and made our stay even more convenient. The hotel was also a great value for the price, and the location was perfect for why we were in the area. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would definitely stay here again!

I wanted to cook, but half of the cookware was missing and the other half was scorched. The tv wouldn’t connect to the internet. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and the check in process was fast and easy. The room was well maintained and it was nice and clean. The bed was super comfy.

We have never stayed here before. Staff was incredibly accommodating and helpful and nice. Property was clean, room was cozy and immaculate. Easy check in and check out. We will definitely be staying by here anytime we are in Indy

We were arriving late so the front desk just text us the code to our room. The hotel looked and smelled great.

Stay away. Hotel has odd front desk that’s only open until at certain time and often missing the attendant who’s running the hotel. When we checked in, they had given our two-queen room away (*that we pre-paid for*), so we were asked (told?) to switch to a one bed with sofa bed for the night. We agreed (unfortunately). The next day they called to confirm our new room was ready but when we arrived later that day after our activities, they said we “didn’t have a room.” We were angry. Turns out, they didn’t have the new two-queen room because they sold it again, but gave us back the one-bed we were in the night before. The next night we were finally in the room we paid for. No offer of compensation of course. Also, the walls are paper thin and the connecting doors allow you to hear everything in the next room. There are people LIVING in this “hotel” (saw one resident moving in a couch!). You hear dogs barking. Just a terrible experience. I would run far far away from this place. I hear that even the budget hotels in Greenfield are better than this place.

I was pleasantly surprised by this place! Could book my normal hotel faves (holiday inn express/courtyard, etc., due to increased costs and sold out status due to an event over that particular weekend, and this was the only reasonably priced place within acceptable distance to where we needed to be! Clean! Spacious! Perfect enough workout facility! Comfy bed and all the amenities you need and MORE! The tv was confusing and difficult to use.
