The fridge No shower curtain bathroom light didnt work and never fulfilled my requests when I asked

The hotel was dirty the beds were broken and the TV didn't work the air didn't work and the staff was horrible

I immediately asked for a refund and left .im waiting now on booking to refund my money

Lobby was beautiful staff friendly and professional I forgot extended stays don't come with towels and things, if I stay again I will be prepared

Overlooking the poor vacuum, roaches, and tidiness of the room, bed was broken half put back together by whoever, and there were no towels, and only 2 of the normal 3 pillows that are normally all in the room. The price wasn’t worth the taxes and fees or anything more than $15. If you’re looking for a live-in housekeeper please feel free to contact me. I know that even with a bad knee and the mindset that “they don’t pay me enough” that I would do a better job of making sure rooms are at least rentable and cozy enough for a cheap 2-3 star hotel stay to feel like a 4 star hotel stay.

Nothing Everything was terrible

Cockroaches came out at night in the room. There was a conflict with another guest and the staff was very confrontational.

I got sexually harassed My room door was open when i came home from work

My advice to anyone that is looking to booked room tell them to show you the room before you sign anything

horrible! crackhead roach infested hotel towels brown even after having to beg to switch rooms. Hotel in pictures is front hotel is not hotel that reservation is made for. front desk would not refund my money or give me owner contact info and kept stating he will return monday. worse hotel ever!!!!

Pricing was reasonable. The room looked nothing like advertised. My door was wide open when I got there. No towels or toilet paper, had to request it. The sheets had blood looking stains on them. A lot of questionable activity going on outside. It did not feel like a safe place. We left before the night was over.

SAM. This place is roach infested. The ceiling was busted in the bathroom with a active leak and mold.

I did not like how the staff attitude was, I do understand every one has a day but do not take it out on valuable customers. As well as me getting 2 different hotels rooms on the property each individual one was extremely filthy, each room came with roaches dirty tubs and previous guests smoke ash on the furniture! Worst hotel to stay at

Close to highway so I could hall ass from that place is crackhead heaven meth junkies calling 19 year olds undercover police cause they high Everything was horrible

Nothing The rooms were dirty I requested a room change and was given a new room after awhile and then was given a room that was dirty as well with zero AC the mini fridge smelled and was dirty. The shower was beyond dirty. And the TV didn’t work and neither did a bit of the outlets in my room

Right at the stairs Not enough towels

Absolutely nothing If I could give no stars to this property I would. I'm 25 weeks pregnant had to change rooms 3 different times. The first room wasn't even cleaned , the second room had mold, been smoked in, bed was warped, front door didn't even close all the way bc it had previously been kicked in. I requested the 3rd room and still had ashes the ac/heater was broke. By this point I just wanted to leave so I talked to the front desk and they told me the manager jay was not here yet and to call back tomorrow when he was in. Well I did that and talked to Jay the supposed manager just to be told that he wasn't, then he was but he had to talk to his manager. Long story short even tho they promised to give me a refund they never did and now I'm out $60

No breakfast Beds not clean. One bed had stains from body fluids on the sheets. Another bed had food on the sheets. No clean sheets were put in the room. There were cake crumbs on the table between the bed. I took off my shoes and the floor was sticky. An ant crawled up the side of the bed on the bottom sheet. Saw little blood stains on the edge of the sheets which indicated someone was bit by bedbugs.
