No breakfast. There was no breakfast. No where to have breakfast. The microwave and mini fridge didn't work. Had to ask staff how to turn on AC. The room was supposed to be non-smoking and it smelled awful. They came and sprayed the room. There were cigarette burns on the bedspread and on the curtains.

Quick check in, a lot of parking. The room smelled like marajuana. There was less than half a roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. There was a 3-in gap underneath the front door you could see the light you could see people walking by. Late in the evening while we were sleeping I was awoken to a very very strong smell of chemicals and a loud party going on upstairs.

Probably a good location for a traveller to stay for a night. Unfortunately not a pleasant experience. I had been on the road for 13 hours and wanted a place to sleep for the night. On check in the night porter looked at me blankly when I told him I had a reservation. He was just un-communicative and not friendly and welcoming at all. The room was ok, but old, no coffee available and quite noisy from some of the other guests that were there. We got in at 22:00 and promptly left again at 06:00 after a very fitful rest.

It was close to my job. Room was not clean well. Bathroom have mode walls in the shower. Sheets waa dirty., door waan't secure enough for protection. Guy knocking on door asking for someone.Look like traffic was going on In the front of the hotel its looks like they had so decent rooms.
-
Bathroom definitely need to be updated and need to get better beds

The guy at the front desk was really nice. It did take a long time to check in even though there was only one person in front of me. Once I was working with him, check in and check out were fine. our room smelled like cigarette smoke. We left the door open for an hour after we got there and loaded in our stuff but it was still a nasty smell that we couldn't get rid of. I brought sheets and pillows from home, anticipating that there might be low quality stuff in the room. Even then, all of our pillows and sheets came back smelling like smoke.

You get what you pay for, yes. But the US the most ran down lack of any kinda care, concern, ambition I've ever seen. The bed was soft. No bed bugs
-
Room always clean no hassles pretty decent Public needs to be expanded hard to get in and out

I guess I should consider myself lucky as a dead body was found a couple weeks ago in their parking lot. I can forgive and forget some things but the mistreatment of customers by these crumby places that should have just been condemned the first time they were infested with bed bugs or whatever originally shut them down bulldozed and forgot about altogether.
