Red Roof Inn Greensboro Coliseum

I've stayed at other Red Roof Inns that were better. Definitely over priced for the quality of the room. Pass on this one if you can.

Everything was well and the front desk staff very helpful

It was clean, nothing was in good condition. Things in the room worked, but it was working and clean is all. Gaps in flooring, ac installed crooked, very outdated units. The vending machines were broken, and honestly offered no amenities nor any service other than a security girl that was very attentive and polite. Hope I never end up paying that much for that little again....

The stay was ok but the afternoon front desk lady was all attitude and should be fire because she couldn't explain the $50 dollar extra deposit for the room. Money wasn't the issue. It was her mouth and nasty attitude. That's definitely

It was nice and quiet I did not get my 100 dollor cover charge I had to pay when I got there and I left the room clean and never received a refund.

Nothing No refrigerator microwave and the representative was extremely rude for no reason at all someone has to do something bout it but I wouldn’t request to go there unless u really have to do so

Location. The clerk on duty in the AM was extremely helpful and courteous. The TV was not operational. Duck tape patching on the office chair in room.

Very dirty room. When i checked in he had a bad attitude. I spilled a little water on floor from my glass. I wiped it up with a small hand towel. It was about a 2foot by 3 foot area. Check out the photos!Also the cover on the ac unit fell off during the night. Windows were not clean. Not a great value

This was worse stay ever! The first room smelled like smoke, there were stains on the pillow cases. The second room door looked like someone tried to kick it in and when I brought it to the front desk attention he just shrugged his shoulders and said call the front desk if anything happens which the phone didn’t work. The second night the room smelled like sewage so I couldn’t sleep in there I had to sleep in the first room with family! I paid for a room I could not use. They would not give me a refund!

The hotel was located in a very sketchy area along with sketchy people, the rooms need to be remodel and upgraded,

The room was clean. No bugs. My second time staying and I have no complaints. Not noisy at night and don’t have random people walking around outside at night. Very peaceful stay. Also a decent price for the rooms. Will probably be my go to stay when I’m in the area. The ice machine didn’t have ice in it the last time I came. And the vending machine didn’t work in the main office but it wasn’t a big deal.

I didn't do breakfast, actually didn't know that breakfast was provided. We had to park 3/4 doors up from the room where I was staying. Room numbers are not in order. I didn't feel too comfortable when coming going out or coming in at night because people were coming around the building, through the wooded area from all directions, some sitting in cars. (seemed like a hang out)

ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. THIS PLACE IS THE MOST DISGUSTING PLACE I EVER VISITED. THEY HAD NO SOAP OF ANY KIND. THERE WERE DRUG DEALERS OUTSIDE. SOMEONE FROM THE TOP FLOOR THREW A SLICE OF CHEESE ON THE BACK OF OUR CARE. THIS PLACE IS FOR HOOKER, DRUG DEALERS AND ADDICTS. I DID NOT HAVE SOAP. WHILE IN THE SHOWER I SEE THAT THERE IS NO SOAP COMING OUT. I GET OUT WITH TOWEL TO LET THE FRONT KNOW THAT I NEED MORE SOAP. HE SAID THAT HE NEEDS TO SEE IF WE HAVE ANY SAID THAT HE WOULD CALL ME BACK AND HUNG UP. CAME BACK TO COME IN THE ROOM WHILE I HAD A TOWEL ON. NOOOOOO WAY. MY HUSBAND LET ME HIM IN AFTER ME HIDING UNDER COVERS. HE CAME IN AND LEFT 3 MUDDY FOOTPRINTS IN THE BATHTUB AND BATHROOM TOWEL. THIS IS UNEXCEPTABLE. I WILL GET MY MONEY BACK FROM THIS HOTEL FROM HELL
