Excellent staff! Clean room and comfortable beds. Room was warm even when set to 66. A little noisy being near interstate.

Comfortable Pool wasn’t outside

Bed was comfortable Their was a computer system outage, made check on difficult. Light in the rooms flickered, shared door in-between room, cabinets were uneven half open. Picture of room I booked showed a bathtub our room only had a shower.

Everything was great, no complaints. Jaylen did a great job checking us in. Very personable gave us suggestion for dinner. Timaca also gave us some places to check out while in Greensboro.

Jamie, was very helpful and a big part of our enjoyable stay. The facility was great room features( King Suite) were wonderful. NA

Breakfast was excellent and the free weights in the gym were a great surprise.

The problem was I booked this room several weeks in advance. Day before we get there, I get a suspicious call from Expedia say the hotel had to change my reservation. Instead of confirming any information to this person that I could barely understand, I called the hotel. "My" room had been double booked and there were no available rooms for my first night. Their solution was to book me a room across the road for the first night and move back to them for the second. I wasn't happy but agreed. Day of the trip, we get to the first hotel and.they have no clue about any of this... so to the original hotel we go. They fixed the problem by putting me in a different room with two queens and wanted me to move the second day to my originally booked room. We stayed in the double queen room. This was a "comedy" of errors both on the hotel side and the Expedia side. The hotel fixed the situation as best they could. Just wasn't the weekend I had planned...

The staff member who checked us in was very friendly and personable. The employee who checked us out was by herself and kept answering phone calls instead of putting them on hold to let us check out. Our room smelled like a wet dog. We were too exhausted from driving hours to get there that we just sucked it up for the night, and I sprayed my Lysol spray. My daughter found 2 empty water bottles under the bed which makes me wonder how clean the room actually was.
