Great facilities, helpful staff.

I used Expedia! The price they gave me was 285.00 when I checked in they charged 336.00 lady would give no explanation! When I checked out the guy couldn’t or wouldn’t print a receipt saying I would get on from Expedia. When I got home Holiday Inn charged the 336.00 to my credit card! What in the world is happening

The staff was very friendly. We were given 2 free breakfast vouchers at check-in, such was very nice. There was a gated back lot to park in. The room was clean, the beds were very comfortable, and so was the chair next to the bed. The AC worked, but had a limit on how low you could set it, and the room never reached the temp it was set to. The shower did not have a door or curtain. There was a glass half wall and an open doorway where there's usually a sliding glass door. It had a waterfall shower head with absolutely no water pressure, which caused me to skip washing my hair. I wouldn't stay here again because the shower was so inconvenient. We usually travel as a family of 4, and I can't imagine trying to have a small child use that shower. I'm sure it'd be fine for most adult travelers.

Hotel was clean and updated. Rooms we equipped with a good hairdryer (not those tiny ones), ample supply of Dove Brand Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash, Hand Soap and Body lotion. Also provided individually wrapped make-up remover wipes. Good breakfast buffet spread including muffins/bagels/bread, muffins, cereals, eggs, bacon, sausages, french toast, potatoes, yogurts, fruit, etc. Pool isn't very big, but nice to have. Staff was also helpful and friendly. If back in the area, we would stay here again.

This hotel was amazing, very clean and was centrally located in the city with several restaurants and stores nearby.

We stayed here for one night to see Megan Moroney at First Horizon coliseum. It was a 15 min walk to the coliseum to and from and we got to avoid the horror of concert parking arrivals and departures. The hotel staff was AMAZING. So helpful and kind. Room was clean and beds were comfy. I would love to stay here again next time we come out to Greensboro.
-
Wish the bathroom had a ventilation fan so it wouldn't be so muggy throughout the room. Also add black out curtains that we can actually close so the lights from the streets aren't shining through. Other than that, the staff and area were great.
-
Room was very clean. Staff was friendly and courteous.
-
Bar food in the restaurant was good, but I would ditch the “Doritos nachos” for something more authentic. That wasn’t worth the price, but everything else (burgers, fries and wings) was fine.
-
I liked the cleanliness of the room/hotel and the size of the room. The staff was professional and the breakfast was good.
-
Proximity to the Coliseum. The complimentary coffee need upgraded. Just put carafes out like double tree does. Don’t use the crappy machine coffee.
-
I love the location and the peace and quiet. It was very clean and neat N/A

The staff was amazing we arrived an 90 mins early before check in and was able to get our room. The amenities fantastic and they had just opened the pool and my daughter was ecstatic.

Hotel was a perfect place to stay for a concert in Greensboro. The staff were very friendly, the rooms clean, and the bed was very comfortable. I think it would be nice if breakfast was included in the price, rather than having to pay extra for it. Other than that, a great stay!
