Location to the coliseum Half the time the key cards didn’t work.

Was in town for an event at the Coliseum. This was an excellent location for going to the Coliseum 3 days in a row. Several good restaurants nearby. Gated parking lot. Easy drive to the airport. Room was large, attractive and spotless. Plan on staying here again next year.

The A/C in our room was not working properly. Changing the thermostat did not help. Our stay was only for one night, so it was late in the evening when we arrived back at the hotel and noticed the temperature in the room was not being impacted by the A/C in the room. It was so late, and we were departing in the morning, so we waited to mention the issue until checkout. Otherwise, the hotel was very well maintained, and our accommodations were excellent with the only issue being the A/C.

The exterior. grounds & parking in excellent condition as were common areas inside. Interior parameters of hotel rooms were exceedingly dusty with middle of floors vacuumed. Beds were comfortable. Water from this hotel tastes really bad in sinks & restaurant: like maybe there’s a pipe problem. Recommend use bottled water.

The room and facilities were clean however I did not like the style of the shower head. It was hard to take a comfortable shower without a shower door to close and the shower head coming from the top of the ceiling. There was no way to point the shower head, the water just rained down on my head!!😡
