Staff was very professional and the hotel was clean.

Room AC unit was very noisy , had to shut it off to sleep !!! Breakfast was very disappointing

We checked in after midnight. I asked for a late checkout and it was denied. I walked into the room and the main lightswitch didn't work (room 203). Walked over to the lamp on the desk to turn it on, but also didn't work. The bed (right side) was so sunk in the middle we felt like we were falling into each other. I tried toccall and ask for a late checkout this morning but the phone wasn't working either. Maybe it would if it had a cord attached. Worst stay at this chain ever. I picked this one because of its 4 star rating. Should have picked a Motel 6. This was the Doubletree in Greensboro, NC in 7-18-26.

I reported the issue to the front desk, and they moved me to another room. Unfortunately, the second room was just as dirty. While the bathroom wasn't quite as bad as the first, it was still clearly unclean and unacceptable. There was also a crackhead hanging outside the building. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I will never stay at this hotel again.

Perfect for a Quick Overnight Stay!I stayed here for a single night and had a fantastic experience. The check-in process was incredibly fast and seamless, which I appreciated after a long day of travel. My room was spotless, the bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the soundproofing ensured a great night's sleep. The location is excellent, with easy access to local dining and transport. I would absolutely stay here agai

Clean and simple. Had some difficulty getting towels and sheets in a timely manner, but the staff was very friendly. Stay was just fine overall. Walkable to the arena for a concert we traveled there to see.

My only issue was that the water would not get hot. No matter how many times they attempted to fix it it just wouldn't get hot.

Ya van dos veces que nos hospedamos y se hecha a perder el elevador. Los recepcionistas les falta más carisma o más amabilidad. Tenía buen consepto de este hotel pero ya me estoy desanimando de rentar este hotel.

Dirty bathroom dirty room this place needs to be remodeled I’m sure no Hilton has stayed here uncomfortable bed need a new one the only good thing is the cookies that’s given during check in I will never stay here again

Was greeted with a personal salutation on the tv upon arrival which was a first for me! Rooms are quiet, clean, and reasonably priced. Staff was very friendly and you get warm cookies when you check in! Yummmm!!!! Convenient to the coliseum area which is why we were there plus lots of shopping and food choices nearby.

Check in and out was quick and easy. Was able to check in a little earlier than the scheduled time. Very helpful.
