The property and staff was great. The room was cleaned. But what I would suggest to the hotel is provide housekeeping services every day. And I didn’t like that was able to hear cars on the highway.

The website stated that there was no fee for late checkout, but when I requested a late check out, they said it will be $25 an hour and I think they should have honored what was stated on the website if they had not changed it whatever happened to The customer is always right. My family was only staying there because a tree fell on our house and we had nowhere to go so I wanted a late checkout so I could figure out where we were going. Next they could use some upgrades other than that it was in a great location.

When I checked in lights doesn’t work and phone was unplugged when i plugged after didn’t work !! Desk person changed room !!! Room has lots of problem !! Windows dirty , head board was dirty never wiped out !! Wrosty sewer head , no refrigerator … staff was so nice and helpful !!! Nighttime door was locked and 2 AM one local guy drove by cycle on parking lots !!!

The room was nice and the beds were comfortable. My only complaint was finding a couple pieces of trash in the floor. Everything else was spotless. My kids loved the pool even though our trip was very short. The hotel was also extremely quiet.
