First off let me say that this was not the lady at front desks problem she was just trying to do her job. Well to start the room I was giving had red wax all over the floor and wall beside desk, the handle on nightstand drawer was hanging half off, the ice machine didn't work whole 9 days I was there, the pool wasn't open, online it says PETS STAY FREE but at check in they charged me $15 a night for my dog. I have little red bites all over my legs and around my ankles and top of feet. I know my dog don't have any fleas but the rooms have to be infested with them. I took pictures last night because they were itching so bad! I was there 9 days and didn't go anywhere else where animals where so had to come from room! So when I go to check out this morning they tried to say they took my $100 deposit because they didn't know I had a dog. It's clearly on my receipt that I was charged PET FEE even after it says they stay free, but I paid it anyway. While they trying to figure this obvious screw up the cleaning lady calls office talking about I had dirty linen. So now they trying to take my deposit for something that was probably already on the linens! I was in complete shock!! My dog is very well house and crate trained and I made sure him or I didn't mess anything up so I would get my deposit back. I even cleaned room before I left to check out! So after all this I feel like I should get all my money back if not more!!!!

Front desk clerk Rosie should be promoted to Manager! She was AMAZING, AWESOME, PROFESSIONAL, PEOPLE FRIENDLY, CONSIDERATE, POLITE and all the above. Don't lose a gem like her. She made the stay better. No pool. It was not prepared and under repair but still being advertised online.

Upon arrival night agent couldn’t find the reservation after I had called and informed them I would be arrived after midnight, notes were in the computer which had night agent could not find but magical appeared when the shift changed. Yes. I mentioned it the the manager. Never stay there again had too this time. My granddaughter was notified at the last minute that as he had qualified to participate in the Adidas Outdoors Track and Field Championships in Greensboro. This property needs lots of work. The room was very small, curtains rips to shreds, the toilet felt unstable (rickety) the carpet dirty, air conditioning noisy just a mess however there was very few choices on a last minute notification. Never again!

The pool wasn’t up and running, the TV didn’t work. There was old dried up rice in the corner of the room. The room smelled.

Misrepresentation of property online. Nasty disgusting and lots of homeless ppl begging in parking. Mgr was constantly trying to run the ppl off the lot. Rooms dirty, sink did not drain. A/C was warm. Pool showed as available due to photos online however was shut down, it was scary. How do the owners of this property allow such a large investment to be that run down, I’ll never know.. I find it hard to believe that people would give this property a good review the property must be doing it themselves.

The place was good for the price. Good value for what you pay.

Staff seemed friendly. motel was easy to find and was close to where I needed to go. Bed was comfortable only had to turn the air up from 61 degrees to 73 for it was freezing in the room. When I finally was able to find my room I was able to park close to the room. Price was resoanable. Tub was dirty, furniture needed repaired ( chair), breakfast the next morning was without plates or cups for juice or water, and drink dispenser was not working. There were bowls but no milk for cereal. There were waffles to make but no plates to eat them on. One customer used a napkin to put theirs on but didn't use syrup. The Bed was OK . It was hard finding my room for I was told it was behind . Thinking it was behind the building I search up and down the back of the building. then tried the front of the building down from the entrance facing the exit road. I realized later that the reception desk was facing the real back of the building and they were telling me it was behind the area of the reception desk. Also when I entered the room it was totaling dark , the light switch at the door didn't turn on anything in the room. I had to search in the dark for a lamp switch. A simple night light would of been safer.
