Wingate by Wyndham Greensboro/Coliseum

When we arrived to check in at 3:15pm, there was a line. There was one person at the counter and had issues with logging in reservation system. I was in line for over 30 min. 2nd person came to help then. I recommend having at least 2 people at check-in and checkout times. When I was checking out around 10 am the next day, The counter person was going to breakfast area and got the keys from me and said she will do the checkout when she returned.

This was a great location for a one night stay to attend a concert at the coliseum. The check in staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and accommodating. It was easy to get to and had a wide variety of restaurants close by. My only complaint was that there was a wet washcloth hanging on the shower rod when we arrived that had not been removed which is a minor thing. As I was performing the online check out for 11:00am, the housekeeping staff was knocking on my door (10:55) to clean the room. I thought that was a little rude but, once again, a minor inconvenience. I would stay here again.

Room smelled like old cigarette smoke and dirt and the vent in the bathroom had mold on it. I’m sure back in the day it was a great place but it had not been maintained.

Great place for the price. Good location right Gate. Close to the mall, & several restaurants. Breakfast was good.

Hotel is nice. Nothing fancy but was clean. Nice location

Very conveniently located to our events and lots of good eating options.

Definitely could use new pillows. Most of our electrical outlets didn’t work.

Very clean and helpful staff, very quiet and comfortable

It took forever to get checked in and I was the only person in line.

The receptionist Ladonna was very pleasant and helpful. The only thing I saw negative, was in room #103, the shower area where they had plastered the shower curtain bar but did not repaint it, but other than that my stay was good.

The property is in desperate need of upgrades. The breakfast did not meet my expectations went both mornings but did not eat. Front desk agent was friendly.

But when i checked with the hotel , they knew nothing about it . The front staff when i checked in was nice .

Our room was very clean, but you could tell it was an older property. The air conditioning was not working properly and even though the room was comfortable the rest of the hotel was hot! I felt sorry for the staff!

Could have been cleaner, the room was okay but the lobby had stuff on the floor I stepped in was there for 2 days.

The room was filthy, blood stains on bathroom wall and shower, as well as random hairs. The shower curtain had a hole in it. The pillows were lumpy and hard. The furniture was scratched and several drawers were broken. The AC didn't cool the room and it wasn't even very warm outside (80s). It was gross to say the least.

Had a great stay, staff where awesome. The room wasn't bad either. The area isn't the best but definitely convenient to get around and places to eat!

Nice and attentive staff; we had problem with tv remote and staff came and fixed within 5 minutes. There were a lot of bugs found in the room throughout the stay and the property is a little dated. The location is convenient.

Clean room, great staff, and the price is budget friendly… If I could give this place 10 stars, I would!

Everything was clean and staff was very helpful when needed. Parking was convenient as well.
