LOVED the front desk lady, i cant remember her name but she was soooooo great! made me feel welcome as soon as i walked in. and made the whole experience wonderful. wish i had a brighter lamp near the sofa area but other then that the room was great! stay was great!

The sink was leaking, water from the other room leaked into the hallway, inside the toilet was brown. I would never stay here again. Good location to my activities but I’ll take the longer drive. No thanks.

It was very clean, and the front lobby smelled so good. The breakfast was awesome! The lady who checked us in was very nice and professional. The check-in time was slow even though I had already checked in online before arriving. The maids were still working on our room when we arrived & it was after 3:30. The one thing I really didn't like was the maids trying to come in & clean at 10am. Check out time is before 12. We felt very rushed.

Charging me regardless, since I didn't even stay. The hotel was paid for through Expedia, but couldn't stay because of the incidental fee of $100 needed to be on a credit card. Could not do, but yet they're still charging me. Even though we did not stay the lady at the desk stated, we would not be charged. It would be canceled, and it has not been canceled. And they won't do so stating a cancellation policy. Horrible horrible management

Brought it to the attention of staff in the morning .. they didn’t care. Said they would contact me direct with a solution and never heard back.

My stay was extremely disappointing. The check-in receptionist was pleasant, but my room smelled strongly of urine. The mini-refrigerator did not work, reportedly an ongoing issue. At 6:40 a.m. the next morning, I called the front desk because I could not turn on the shower. I spoke with an employee whose name sounded like “Courtney.” I asked to use another room to shower or have her show me how to operate mine. She refused, saying she was assisting guests in the lobby. I explained that I had traveled for work and had patient appointments at 8:30 a.m. She said she would call maintenance. When I asked how long it would take, she replied, “I don’t keep a tracker on them.” A guest across the hall tried unsuccessfully to help. After an hour of back-and-forth, Courtney came upstairs and turned on the shower. I was late for my appointments, a delay that might have been avoided with assistance when I first called. On checkout day, I saw what appeared to be a bed bug emerging from the pillowcase and recorded it on video. Concerned that my belongings might contain bed bugs, I sealed them in trash bags before putting them in my vehicle. This made me late for patient appointments again. Another guest reported mattress stains and sent me photographs. Guests deserve clean rooms, functioning amenities, and courteous assistance.

At first I had no real issues and I gave you a good review on one survey, however things changed when I got up that morning. When we checked in we were given a room that already had a guest. We unlocked the door and found all their belongings. I normally check beds, furniture everything for cleanliness and spray with Lysol. This time we got back late we were exhausted and unfortunately, I did not. This morning as I stripped the bed and collected dirty towels, I found the mattress was disgusting. It was filthy dirty. I am so disappointed and angry. I thought I had found a place to stay that was reasonable in price with a good reputation. We are very upset.

Free Parking The greeting counter for checking in/out, the Staff was very unprofessional. The room walking in smelled funny, ac kept turning completely off, had to slam the door to make sure lock was engaged, toilet moved around, not secured to the floor, stains on sheets and pillow cases, and in a bad part of town. Sad because it was 7 mins from the coliseum, where we were gonna go for a concert. The concert was cancelled, and believe it was a sign to pack up and get out before dark.
