Exceptional

Good location. Friendly staff. Mold on the bottom of the shower curtain in the bathroom and hotel staff use an exceptionally strong smelling cleaner that isn’t good for someone with allergies.

The beds were comfortable and the AC was quiet. The location was good for the Tanger Center, about 15 minutes away. There was adequate parking. The room was big and the floor was laminate. Everything seems clean. Breakfast was really basic: bagels, yogurt, instant oatmeal, bananas, waffles. No plain bread for toast. Sign posted "no plant milk:" if you know people want it, why not provide it? It isn't expensive. Coffee was only fair. The pillows were all the kind that make you hot.

Nothing I didn’t like how they knew it was me and my children. However they would stare me down when I got enough breakfast to feed my children. They would even wait until we left to put the food out. I didn’t like how I was kicked out and my deposit was kept because my son is autistic and while color the marker went through his paper and got on the blanket. The owner is rude. He don’t care about the people that stay there he only care about the money the people make him by staying there.

The property was very clean, staff was very nice. My wife and I would stay again

Just location. Very loud hotel. People loud in the corridor all night. Called the front desk and they said that there’s nothing they can do. Very disappointing. Didn’t sleep at all.

Disappointing

The room I was in, the chair legs were broke and loose, got woke up at 4:15a to guest screaming, yelling and fighting. After staff went to the room it lasted another 45 min, the parking lot and grounds could use some care

It was an alright stay. Can hear everything down the hallway when people come down. Beds and pillows definitely need an upgrade.
