This hotel is old it’s been there for a long time. The room was clean and the breakfast was decent. The location is great access to everything I needed when in Greensboro.

There was a lot of maintenance things that should be fixed ie. boarded up sections in the wall in the hallway. Garbage piled on the ground outside one of the doors. The hallway carpet horribly dirty and/or old. As for the room, the bed was good but the floor was very dirty. My brand new socks were horribly discolored after walking on the floor. The breakfast...forget about it. It was just about empty the first morning. They were very busy in the breakfast however no one filling anything. We had to look for our own silverware. Not much of a breakfast honestly. We gave up and went to restaurants.

I was able to secure ground floor on each stay My Granddaughter and I had peaceful and restful sleep The pool wasn't working but 2nd time it was open

The sheets were DIRTY with stains even though the bed was made. Pulled back covers to discover nasty stains. Moved to a second room that had mold on the walls and bathroom ceiling. Staff was helpful with room transfers but offered no discount or free stay for the extreme inconvenience.

Front staff and housekeeping was friendly and easy to talk to I would definitely visit again especially for the price and the area was busy but my stay was very nice!

Hallways were disgusting Coffee machine not working

The room was beautiful, but the bathroom needed some cleaning. The staff was great. The rugs in the hallway were very dirty.

The staff is very sweet n they have some handsome men at the front desk NA

Clean rooms and pool No elevator, second floor ice machine broke

Everything was great, the only complaint I have is that the gold chair was very dirty and needed to cleaned,I had to get a flat sheet from the front desk to put over it to sit down on it besides that everything else was great as usual when I come to stay here.

The room air conditioner works great, parking lot access is great but rooms have a smelly odor that was so bad that we have to open the window. And the there was dog barking all night from the room next door.

This is my second time staying at this hotel and both times were awful. No hot water in the shower. Water was ice cold. Will not be staying here again

My stay there was pretty good. Easy check in. Could not figure out how to get a wake up call but it was okay. The complimentary breakfast was pretty good. I would stay there again.
