Everything was great, the only complaint I have is that the gold chair was very dirty and needed to cleaned,I had to get a flat sheet from the front desk to put over it to sit down on it besides that everything else was great as usual when I come to stay here.

The room air conditioner works great, parking lot access is great but rooms have a smelly odor that was so bad that we have to open the window. And the there was dog barking all night from the room next door.

This is my second time staying at this hotel and both times were awful. No hot water in the shower. Water was ice cold. Will not be staying here again

My stay there was pretty good. Easy check in. Could not figure out how to get a wake up call but it was okay. The complimentary breakfast was pretty good. I would stay there again.

Shame on me for failing to read reviews, and only checking for a convenient location & reasonable price. I simply needed a clean, quiet place to sleep & hot water for a shower. Unfortunately, the same negative comments by prior guests months ago (that were to be shared with & addressed by staff) were still problems. The front desk staff was nice & the lobby seating area updated. The elevator is nonexistent. Multiple entrances were secure with room key access, but large bags of garbage & beer bottles greeted us each time we entered. The area is not one I would recommend, The same plywood in guests’ photos from months ago was still visible in hallways & the carpets were filthy. The room was spacious and had been updated, as well as the bathroom. The mattress & linens were also nice, but upholstered surfaces were stained and dirty. Although strong smells of cleaning products filled the air when we entered the room (giving a sense that all would be well), BUT when I pulled back the bedding late at night, dark hairs left evidence that sheets had not been changed by housekeeping staff. My roommate was already asleep in the other bed, so I spent a restless night laying across mine, avoiding the place another stranger had slept in this bed. Never again will I stay in a BW nor book a hotel without reading reviews!

Clean room staff lovely and nice .

The room was fine, but I wouldn't stay there again... it was not worth $112/night. I felt like I was in a motel 6.

The room , location, rate and friendly staff! The cosmetic and esthetic of the hotel is older and carpet in the hallway needs to be removed. Out dated and full of stains.

I have stayed at a few BW hotels in different states and I was the least pleased with this one. I was scheduled to stay at the hotel for 4 nights and only stayed for 2. The hallway carpets need to replaced. At breakfast the tables had been cleared but not wiped down. The bananas were green. I was very concerned about the cleanliness of the room. I think the towels and sheets were the cleanest at part of the room. There were stains on the floors, walls, furniture, doors. There were bugs flying around and there were no trash cans in my room. I probably will not stay at another BW after this experience.

hallway carpet is disgusting with horrible dark stains in the entire first floor. My shower -tub ceiling had black mold surrounding a water leak from the second floor. the complimentary breakfast did not offer eggs or bacon but did offer a waffle maker. The english muffins and bagels were not fresh, bagels were stale. However, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Good location

The hallway had a strong marijuana smell, fridge was leaking

The room we were in was clean and updated. The front house staff was helpful and friendly upon check in. The hallway leading to our room on the first floor felt neglected. Carpets were stained and smelled musty.
