I did not report it to the staff like I should have.

Staff is fantastic! This hotel is currently under renovations, so a few hiccups, but overall great stay. The pet policy is better than any other hotel we've stayed at. Free breakfast and the 'evening drinks and snacks' is more like a full dinner. Will definitely return to Drury properties in the future.

The staff is AMAZING! Super friendly and helpful. Everyone there made us feel welcomed and appreciated. I wasn't a fan of paper plates and plastic utensils, but I'm hoping they were using that because remodeling going on. Again,I cannot emphasize the genuine sincerity of every staff member there in making us feel glad we chose Drury Inn & Suites.

Hotel was overall good just the construction made it a task to get around the hotel and the noise was not so good with a 2 year old very hot in the dinning area and hallways

The room was clean, the staff was wonderful, the food was great!! We didn’t get a chance to use the pool and hot tub. They were always packed full. We in enjoyed our stay!!!

My family & I enjoyed our stay. My grandsons enjoyed the indoor & outdoor pool, and the 3 of us enjoyed the whirlpool. The evening Kickback was amazing & the morning breakfast was delicious! Staff were very cordial and friendly. We will definitely return again!

Isaiah was very pleasant when we checked in. The property was clean during the construction. We're glad we found Drury for our family visits.

The staff at Drury Inn are AMAZING! We loved interacting with them and felt so welcome. Everyone was polite and helpful. However, I gave it three stars because my kids went swimming and ended up with chemical burns in the outline of their swimsuits. It’s been a week and my daughter’s skin is just now healing. It was under constructions in parts of the hotel, which wasn’t disclosed before or after booking. It wasn’t very clean. The carpets in the hallways and common areas were really dirty with debris and stains. Unfortunately, the general upkeep of the hotel was lacking.

Room was nice, comfy pillows and bed. Would’ve liked to have known it was under construction when I booked. Made it hard to hang out at the hotel during the day. Staff was super friendly. Didn’t use the indoor pool as it looked dirty-ish from age.

Location Construction and looked raggedy no housekeeping service

I love the Drury, but this experience was frustrating. I booked through a third-party site, Hotels.com, and nobody told me that the property was under renovation until February. As soon as I walked in, the clerk informed me that there would be loud renovations from seven or 8 AM on. I was very grateful for him telling me that so that I didn’t get woke up early. The hotel was obviously under renovation when I pulled up and there was no clear way to enter the lobby. I did have to contact my third-party and have them reach out to the hotel in order to get a refund, but it was a pretty seamless experience. The only reason I’m not giving a high writing is that I was allowed to this hotel without knowing these things in advance. Don’t really know if this is an appropriate writing for the hotel itself. It’s more for Hotels.com.
