Drury Inn & Suites Greensboro

Rooms were very clean.Beds and pillows were great. Staff was helpful and polite. Breakfast was as expected. Would stay again.

Everything was very clean and staff were so pleasant. Brandi at the front desk was cheerful and very helpful. They were in the middle of renovations but it did not affect our stay. Only negative was an 11:30pm fire alarm. Food was great. All around a great place to stay. Highly recommend.

Great stay. Even with renovations taking place it was clean and organized. Breakfast and Dinner was great and the young gentleman that assist during dinner was phenomenal. I will be back.

The bathroom was design terrible, which is why I left and went to a different hotel. The floor around the toilet was section off in a small pie shape, I could barely get around it. All the rooms were designed the same 🙁

Normally the Drury Inns are exceptional. This one was under repair, which is understandable. However, if a hotel is remodeling, they should not hold their standard rates but should reduce them. The pool and hot tub were dirty and very cloudy. The breakfast was ok but not up to the level of other Drury Inns. The breakfast was also cold. I would not like to stay at THIS particular one again. The beds were comfortable and the location is good.

The hotel is currently under construction right now but I really wasn't disturbed by it. The location is top tier and close to everything we needed in Greensboro. Hotel staff is mostly very friendly and extremely helpful although I had one I wasn't fond of but she didn't hurt my overall stay. The rooms is always cozy & feel comfortable walking into the room. However, the mattresses could us an update on the second floor, again nothing that would not make me want to stay here again. Breakfast always delish and the Happy Hour always solid and a good time. Love Drury its my go to in Greensboro, until next time, its been real!

I have traveled extensively and stayed at numerous hotels over the years. With that experience as a point of comparison, I can confidently say that my stay at this property is clearly among the best hotel experiences I have had in the past 10 years. That level of excellence does not happen by accident. From the moment I arrived, I noticed a strong culture of professionalism throughout the hotel. The staff members I encountered were courteous, welcoming, attentive, and genuinely interested in ensuring guests had a positive experience. What impressed me most was the consistency. This was not simply one employee providing exceptional service; professionalism appeared to be embedded throughout the operation. That speaks directly to leadership. The General Manager deserves special recognition for the manner in which this property is being operated. She was the consummate professional—engaged, approachable, courteous, and clearly committed to both her guests and her team. Her leadership presence was evident not simply through her own interactions, but through the performance, attitude, and professionalism demonstrated by the employees around her. "Go Army" "RQQ"

Kickback and breakfast food were very good, staff was all very helpful.

Room was clean. Toilet ran and sink needed draino. Everything else was great. Staff was wonderful as always

Friendly staff, this hotel fit our needs. The carpet on the first floor hall needs replaced. Other than that everything was fine.

The hotel is under construction, but up and running. We were not bothered by it at all. Everything was clean and services were not disrupted. The staff was nice and friendly. We would stay here again.
