Cost Rooms are full of broken furniture an doors an mold in ceiling. They have really went down. My aid was left there for 2 weeks i had to costantly call just to get my id back so if any fraudelant activities happen with my id i know exactly where its coming from.

The place was a wreck. The furniture was broken. The stand that held the fridge and the microwave looked like it was about to fall because of water damage on the bottom of it. The paint on the ceiling was falling off, and where it was already gone, there was mold. There were roaches and other bugs. It was supposed to be a non-smoking room, but the blanket hand cigarette burns all over it, the rug on the floor was dirty and had cigarette burns to. Someone had taken the battery out of the smoke detector.

I liked that the waffle house was close so that my husband and I could eat breakfast because they don't serve breakfast anymore EVERY SINGLE THING!!!!!!! it seems to be condemned, barely operable, it was the most horrible stay I've ever had

My card was charged twice. Everything

I didn’t like anything about this property. It should be closed down ASAP The property had people doing drugs, cursing, screaming and fighting outside of my door all day everyday. It was a huge fight of about 20 people on a Saturday night and I really did not feel safe at all… Once I saw someone sniffing some drugs right in front of me and I woke up to No lights No power that’s when I broke my contract to stay there and demanded a FULL refund for my 5 day stay. It was me and my 14 yr old in this hotel.

Staff was nice and accommodating. Bed and pillows were great. Best out of 4 hotels this week. A bit rundown. Because of the condition it felt a little sketchy, but we had no issues.

Absolutely nothing. No breakfast. Dirty room, broken furniture, scorched sheets on the bed. Nowhere to hang a jacket and trousers.

There wasn't a breakfast as advertised. This played a huge part in my decision where to stay They tried to offer coffee but kept running out..the poor management will keep me from ever staying there again.

The bed was comfortable Two many people hanging around

Location to convention center Just about everything from staff not being at the desk phones not working furniture from the 80s no smoke alarm. Advertised breakfast but not served. All in all the worst booking I have ever had through booking.com. I would not recommend anyone stay there. Also had to plunge the toilet

Nothing Room was dirty. Layer of dust on everything. Sink was clogged. Too many homeless people on the property blocking steps and entryways to the room.

Nothing Everything. It was filthy. Prostitution and drug addicts out heavy …. My family and I stayed there two nights and a fight broke out with someone having a gun. This is not the place for a family or anyone to go its infested with cockroaches, druggies, alcoholics, and prostitutes. I will NEVER put my family in this situation again. Especially having to worry about if a bullet will go through our room

Absolutely Nothing I didn't like anything about the facility. The pictures online doesn't match at all. People live at this location. People hanging out in groups outside your room door. Alot of abandoned rooms with boards on the. windows. The rooms smell of mold carpet not clean dirty linen on bed. This is the worse place I ever visited

Location Crack head getting coffee in the morning fell asleep stirring his coffee. Had to physically be removed I just left with out getting any coffee. 2 cats walked into my room this morning as I was leaving.
