Um, a gash in the wall, no shade on a lamp, just a light bulb.

Clean rooms and good parking space.

It was ok. Nothing too exciting. It was very loud all night with staff coming and going. I'm glad the a/c made a ton of noise. But otherwise was fine.

Very convenient and spacious decor. We enjoyed the ease in check-in, and the room was very nice.

A very clean room. The entire building was extremely clean.

Convenient location and clean rooms and common areas. The breakfast was just ok. All in all, it was a decent stay for the price.

The area was very skeptical. A homeless man was in the parking lot at night and the exterior doors didn’t shut automatically unless you pulled them hard. I did not feel very safe.

Hotel old and tired

The bed was very comfortable. Other than that the room is basic and only good for 1 night stay if in the area for a show. The hallway noise was horrible, people's voices carried into evey room. Could hear people talking waiting for the elevator at 7am.

It was a good place for the price.

The staff was very nice. Sony and Faris stand out to me. The staff in the early morning was very nice. They were very professional very cordial and attended to our needs and request in an orderly fashion. The staff was able to answer all of our questions amd respond to our request. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable.

Not happy with the staff over charge me instead of a deposit the staff didn’t know how to interpret it as a hold

Basic hotel for staying and no frills

Helpful staff.

Overall it was a decent stay. We stayed here because we needed 3 nights without breaking the bank. Breakfast was decent, it served it's purpose. I do not like the incidental hold policy at this location. My card was pending the $100 charge during the stay which was ok. There was a lot of signage regarding the practice of the hold being placed for several days. The charge hard posted to my credit card reducing my available credit for several days after my stay, then a refund was sent to return the amount to the card. Most places only temporarily hold funds and the hold falls off, never actually hard posting. I dont like this particular practice and just want to warn others.
