The location. Just minutes from shopping/ restaurants etc. room was clean. Could use better TV channels though . Staff at front desk wasn’t friendly. Trash stayed outside the doors for hours before housekeeping picked it up. We had to go Downstairs to get our own towels and bath rags each day. The ice machine was out of order.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable Pillows were not very good, water pressure was poor and I had no hot water on the 2nd day of my stay

It looked New, everything was great Lack of a hand rail to safely get in and out of the shower/ tub. Nothing on the floor of the tub to prevent slipping.

The noise! I jumped from how loud the people were above me. I declare they were doing construction on that room. But it was just people. I called the front desk and told staff. They didn’t take care of it nor did they offer to move me! Never stay here again!

I thought I was going to stay at the Coutry side. Get here and it was okay The beds squeak and a lot of noise in the room they gave us.

The bed was comfortable The little shampoo, conditioner, and body wash bottles were used and not replaced with new ones when the bathroom was cleaned.

It’s clean good area Nothing bad about it but no hot water for shower that night of my stay and don’t even tell front desk about it cuz I don’t see any manager tending the front desk just some guy sitting there….

Nothing. Wasn’t clean, very little product and cheap towels in bathroom. Room didn’t smell good there was a couple of baby roaches. The breakfast buffet was BARE. Literally everything was purchase at Walmart. It was not up to date. I don’t think the hotel is I just think they don’t wanna update it so they’re band-aiding what needs to be fixed. Also, it was well overpriced, and the pictures are an exaggeration of what you’ll get
