I stayed in a disability room I stated to the desk clerk that the toilet seat was loose she wrote it down and no one never came to fix it. I also stated that the water pressure was low and asked if it’s like that in all the rooms so I can switch she did not know and no one never addressed the issue

Room was pretty spacious and very clean. Breakfast was pretty limited, but I did not expect much. Staff was friendly and helpful, I had no issues on my stay.

Breakfast was ok. The ac in the room was great. There were plenty of pillows, the mattress was comfortable. There was both a mini fridge and microwave in the room. The shower had decent water pressure. Security (outside doors) were always cracked open and easily accessed from the outside. I could not get the waffle maker to cook right. It kept being raw in the middle. The toilet seat isn't a slow closing one. The folks that work the front desk could be a little more friendly. They were nice but never smiled or looked happy to be there.

One weird thing was that the bathroom didn't have any hooks at all. No place to hang your clothes or a toiletry bag. Even the towels were folded on a shelf under the sink. You have to either put a towel on the floor by the shower or walk over to the sink when getting out of the shower. Parking and check-in were both easy.

The hotel, the aesthetic, the comfort was good. There was no egg or juice variety at breakfast.

it’s your choice to stay here but marijuana smoke on multiple floors! Very strong. Loud noise in the middle of the night. Breakfast not up to par.

Breakfast was good just the standard options. There was some loud cars and people in the parking lot after midnight. The one thing that made me sad is we left our son’s favorite toy behind and when we called they said they didn’t find it.
