Noticed a few ants in the room and didn’t think much of it until I noticed they were in a bag when I returned home. I have stayed at this location a few times in the past two years. I will not be back.

The room was nice and clean. Pillows way too soft. They give complimentary water however I had to call several times to get the water. Big bar scene due to multiple events at the hotel. All in all, a nice hotel which could be better with small adjustments.

Travel with several family members for a family celebration. It was very nice clean and the staff were exceptionally friendly and very helpful with all our needs.

Water was scalding lot, could not adjust

Tried to take a shower and the water had one temperature which was boiling hot ! Ive noticed the front desk of the issue and nothing was done to correct that and didn't got a room change or anything to correct the issue. In the hallway a industrial ventilator was on all the time for a water leak which made the going to sleep very difficult

Me and my wife are in love with the hotel and all the extras , from now on, will be are only hotel we stay at Greensboro for sure, great place to stay.

It was huge, the rooms were nice and clean, and the balcony overlooks the pool. Too bad the indoor pool was under construction.
