Sheraton Greensboro at Four Seasons

the Location is right in the Heart of the Town and within driving distance to Historical Sites and the Art and Restaurant District.

Skylight restaurant was really good, the food and service. The hotel appears well maintained and is in a good location relative to airport location. The customer service was poor!!!

The housekeeping staff were very nice and helpful. The hotel is in a great location, no more than 15 minutes away from food and other activities. I’d stay here again.

No hot water for a day, and Staff was rude

The only issue I had was the bell hop man-an older immigrant-at the entrance inside the hotel was very rude, his conduct was unacceptable on Thursday night 7/30/26 against my neice who was in the room with me for the GMWA. I checked out early that night and we only wanted to use the moving cart for my luggage and his attitude was awful. My neice stayed until checkout on 7/31/26. The man did not want to give her the moving cart and she explained I was leaving but she was staying and he still didn’t care. We both spoke with a manager on site at the hotel. He needs more customer service training and less being NOSY. I hope he has been disciplined for his bad behavior and learn how to treat people with respect. Good customer service keeps the hotel guests satisfied and happy. Thank you

My stay was amazing, hotel was clean and staff was absolutely amazing.

My room was very clean and accommodating! I only wish I could have controlled the AC more. I also wish I could have had a small microwave in the room. I had a refrigerator but nothing to reheat my food. Other than that, it was wonderful and I was very pleased.

I like the perks of the club level/ lounge of the hotel.

We arrived on time for check-in, but our room wasn’t ready. Because we were attending a concert, we had to get ready in my sister’s room. Around 6:00 p.m., I received notification that our room was ready, but by then we had to leave for the concert. We only had time to pick up our room key and couldn’t access our room until after returning around 1:00 a.m. I had prepaid for breakfast when I booked our stay. We checked in with the hostess and were told there would be a 15–20 minute wait despite numerous empty tables. We even asked why we couldn’t be seated, but received no response. When we were finally seated, coffee was served and our order was taken. Forty-five minutes later, we still had no food, no updates, and no waitress, while guests seated after us were already eating. When I asked what appeared to be the restaurant manager why our order was taking so long, she replied that another guest had “been waiting a long time too.” That did not explain why our order had been overlooked, nor was there an apology or attempt to resolve the issue. With a long drive home and severe weather approaching, we left without eating. We paid for services we didn’t receive. Between the delayed room, the prepaid breakfast that was never served, the lack of communication, and the poor handling of our concerns, this stay fell well below the level of service we expected from a Sheraton. Overall, not too bad but I won't necessarily be running back.

My stay here was great. Clean rooms and a friendly staff. If I could complain it would only be that all of the channels offered in the room were not showing but I logged into my Netflix account. They are upgrading and doing a lot of renovations but I promise, it will not disturb your stay.

The hotel was contiguous with the convention center.

The air conditioner was clearly malfunctioning..I could not sleep it was so LOUD..into get up and down cutting it off and on. You expect to sleep comfortably in a hotel of that caliber..that was not the case.

Nice clean facility. Staff very accommodating.
