I thought the room was cozy No coffee pot in the room

The staff was friendly and helpful. One of my towels had a cigarette burn but they replaced it immediately.

AC unit is really loud. Keeps the room cold though. The fridge was so cold it froze all my sodas and food.

The breakfast was small. The room didn’t have a pen or a bad to write down stuff. Might not seem like a big idea till you wanna write something down. AC unit was loud. All that being said it’s clean enough and doesn’t smell. Good for adults. I wouldn’t stay here with kids.

Room was tired however clean and bed comfortable. Area felt very unsafe. Lots of drug related activity in and around the building. Disturbed night due to people shouting and swearing in the corridors. Would have contacted reception but felt unsafe leaving the room. Stayed here as attending an event at the first horizon coliseum and had the idea of walking too and from the venue however area felt unsafe to do this so just be mindful if booking for this reason.

My husband went to get coffee & check the breakfast out. You had powder creamer & you also need liquid creamer as a choice & your breakfast is not much of a breakfast. A suggestion is you need to put a coffee maker in each room for people who like coffee.

People are very disrespectful...they immigrants like me ..but they see you at the way they don't want to be see...shame on them
