My husband went to get coffee & check the breakfast out. You had powder creamer & you also need liquid creamer as a choice & your breakfast is not much of a breakfast. A suggestion is you need to put a coffee maker in each room for people who like coffee.

Staff was friendly and responsive. Room looked like they cleaned it to the best they could given the condition of what they had. Place smelled heavy of pot as I arrived. My room stank of old cigarettes. Toilet was loose and thumped every time I sat. Had a super stoned guy knocking over and over on my door at 4 am. Staff was notified and stopped them on their second round of knocking. Tons of homeless outside each time I went to my car which I parked directly outside the office which was the only entrance to the hotel.

People are very disrespectful...they immigrants like me ..but they see you at the way they don't want to be see...shame on them

The breakfast was not good. Coffee was tasteless. all they had was white bread to toast and mini banana muffins. No milk, no water, no ice in the hallway or in the breakfast bar. The place was very clean and quiet and the location was excellent. The bedding was very comfortable. The breakfast was too meager. Also the bathroom sink was clogged. No full size mirror and no microwave.

Being from the UK, I hadn’t realised I had booked a smoking room and it did have a lasting smell. So beware of this option if booking as a non-smoker. At the lower end of budgets means you get simple and basic throughout, but the room was big and it met our needs.

We booked a non smoking room but the room and the entire hallway had a slight smell of smoke. The beds were listed as queen size but they were definitely NOT queen size. They were a small full size at best. They were comfortable beds but very small. The pillows were hard and unusable but we brought our own. No towels were provided upon arrival, I had to call and ask for some. They were very fast at bringing them but very stingy on how many. I ended up going and buying some cheap beach towels so I didnt have to keep asking or reusing the same towel. You have to provide your own shampoo and body wash, not a big deal at all. Im juat used to those things being provided so I had to run to the store and buy some. Overall, for the value, it was a nice stay. It was clean and thats the most important thing!

Poor management

The property was very dirty from the inside out. All carpets were stained, there was a smell of marajuana every where. The property felt unsafe.

I have been to this location twice this month and I must point out the excellent care of the night shift. Thorough, engaging and sincere. Nick, the morning manager. He does not even attempt to communicate or elaborate on his ideology. I have no issue following hotel policy but he doesn't actually seem to know the answers or have resolves.

The price was fair and the location was good There were 2 large roaches in our room when arrived at 1 am. We were exhausted and it was too late to leave. The “ breakfast” consisted of very weak and gray looking coffee which we dumped. Sound quality from the rooms was disturbing, noises, people talking, yelling and people outside the hotel were loud and obnoxious.
