What a dump, after getting their I would not even think about staying there

roaches, bathtub took an hour to drain, had to shower in several inches of water, carpets were worn with cigarette burns, no exhaust fan in bathroom, toilet slow drained

We went to the property and it was nothing like the picture they show online. It was run down and in a very bad part of Greensboro. We decided not to stay there.

I called five times about refunding my security deposit. Twice I was told to be patient—that the refund was coming. On the third call, I was told that they had mistakenly forgotten to return the deposit, but it was on its way. According to my credit card company, after the fourth call, the deposit was FINALLY returned. Received my deposit back SEVENTEEN days after my stay.

EVERYTHING - from being placed in a room that was over-whelming with smoke smell that resulted in me asking for a new room - BUT BECAUSE I would not agree to pay $100.00 in case of damage they refused to move me, and ultimately called the police

Close to the highway. This room was a disgusting mess. I did book a smoking room but it seemed like the sheets on the beds hadn't been changed there were burn holes in everything hair in the bathtub. Refrigerator freezer part was completely frozen over. Overall it was just nasty. We had to clean up the room before we were comfortable sleeping there.

It’s nice people there but not to much care for the property by the owners just out to make some money
