New hotel feel. Very clean. Friendly staff.

Left my suit in the closet of room 330. Called hotel and someone said they would call back, They never did.

They don’t clean the room after first night there and counter person don’t give any information about time of breakfast and anything.

Clean and quiet easy to get to places

You should put people with small children on a lower floor. The people above us check in at 3am. Or the child woke up at 3am Saturday morning. They also woke up early on Sunday morning. Otherwise that I had a great stay.

Great hotel- very quiet

The hotel was in a safe location and easy to get to. The staff was very kind and helpful. The rooms and common areas were clean. Breakfast was great! We enjoyed our stay. I would stay here again!

Myself and 3 other family members booked for the weekend for our family reunion. The 1st issue was the front desk associate that worked Saturday night on 7/18/26 I called downstairs because my room hadn’t been touched to ask for tags and towels she answered and asked me to hold and never came back to the phone we go downstairs to see her having a personal conversation with some guy. She then informed us that rooms are cleaned every 4 days I stated we are only here for the weekend but she stood firm on our room to not be serviced or cleaned she said she would have someone to bring the towels and rags up which took quite a while. On checkout day after getting almost home (3 hours away) I couldn’t find my Apple AirPods but they pinged at the hotel. I called and spoke to a young man Sunday evening 7/19 who stated he would check and call back. I waited

Friendly staff, excellent breakfast bar. The hotel is relatively new, and it is well maintained.

Sofa needs cleaning sat on a towel and so much black dirt absorbed into the towel.. Overall scale 1- 3 would give it a 3 .. liked the microwave and refrigerator shower was decent

Clean, Convenient location for the hospital. Easy booking.

The facility was clean. The issues I had was there wasn't enough luggage carts. Upon check in the front desk staff had to go hunt one down. Upon check out there wasn't any available, I had to walk down long hall way, to the parking lot to my car, I made two trips, im disabled. I didn't know breakfast wasn't served until 7am. I couldn't wait around for it. The hold that was put on my card couldn't be paid in cash, I was told Upon check in it would be return on my card the next day when I checked in to be Told at check out it would take 3-5 days. I also asked for a room close to the elevators I guess they overlooked that message on my reservation. Although the room was nice and clean, the mattress felt like lumps in it and it was wope sided. Very uncomfortable.

The bathroom door touches the toilet when opening. But the stay was excellent

The room was big clean staff was very helpful loved the kitchen area and the outside was very nice also it has 2 grills lots of table and chairs and a sink outside

Had to wait for room to be ready past check in… was given the wrong room then had to wait again for the correct room… breakfast was bland and cold..
