Left my suit in the closet of room 330. Called hotel and someone said they would call back, They never did.

They don’t clean the room after first night there and counter person don’t give any information about time of breakfast and anything.

Nice area and nice room. Breakfast was good. The toilet was not clean nor the shower. It was urine on the toilet and hair in the shower.

Location to hospital Room was not cleaned or checked on while I was there. Soda in room had stains.

Location, room was roomy, full kitchen was wonderful. The breakfast staff didn’t keep everything stocked . They ran out of stuff and didn’t replenish it timely. There was only one choice of juice which was cranberry . I hate cranberry juice .

You should put people with small children on a lower floor. The people above us check in at 3am. Or the child woke up at 3am Saturday morning. They also woke up early on Sunday morning. Otherwise that I had a great stay.
