Residence Inn by Marriott Greenville

Staff were friendly. The breakfast was wonderful both mornings. And the rooms were clean and lots of space. Really enjoyed having the full fridge to put things in.

We have traveled to Greenville many times and there are many options. We have chosen this hotel multiple times because it is comfortable. Some areas have become a little dated, but still nice.

Building is clean. We checked in at 6:44pm and our room was not ready. We were told to go have dinner or wait in the lobby until the room was ready. We waited until 7:38 pm and our room was finally ready.

My family was in Greenville for ECU Spring Commencement. Their stay here was perfect. From check-in to check-out the staff was friendly, helpful and courteous. We will definitely stay here for the next graduation.

Nice, safe hotel in a good location with very good water pressure. The air conditioner was louder than normal.

Great location for visiting ECU Could have been cleaner. Dirt on the desk. Small hairs on bathroom floor. Tub didn't drain so I showered with 3" of water on my feet. Furniture was banged up. Just not a nice presentation.
