It’s a very dirty property

I love the stay there it's nice and clean

The staff was nice but that is about where it ends. I had to stay 2 days for a medical procedure. From what I saw majority of the staff lives on site, and there were a fair amount of permanent residents that resided in the lobby at all hours. The whole hotel smells like weed and I’m pretty sure my room had fleas. You had noisy guests late into the night. I’m a pretty easy guest, all I need is cleanliness and quiet post 10pm. Neither of those needs were met.

Staff was excellent, as expected, same as my first stay.

Rooms weren’t the cleanest, breakfast food was cold and not being replaced when low with 45 minutes left before breakfast ended. Whole hotel smelled like marijuana. Ice machine did not work on second floor. Stains in n pillow cases and sheets.

Traveling with my daughter, we both felt very unsafe. The first room we were given smelt as if something died in it. We were given a new room that smelt better. It reeked of marijuana. People just sitting everywhere. The towels had seen better days.

It was okay. It needs a facelift. And the older lady running through breakfast is very rude. She hates that the children are making their own breakfast she wants them to be assisted by adults.

The elevator didn't work, there was no ice and our room was on the 3rd floor and my wife who had a double hip replacement could not walk up 3 flights of stairs, prevented us from completing our stay we had to check out 3 hours early because my wife could not walk up 3 flights of stairs. We were tremendously disappointed !

The staff were friendly and for the price it was not bad. The room was clean. Breakfast was provided but it was not as big as I thought it would be. Very minimal options. The biggest negative for the hotel overall was it had a consistent smell. Even with the the staff cleaning you could still smell it.

The hotel was reasonable you get what you pay for. The bedroom for 2 adults were small, no microwave or mini refrigerator if I had a child to warm food or bottles it would had been terrible. The morninh breakfast did not come with any bacon or sausage rhe eggs was cold unsealed boiled eggs from the refrigerator. The muffins was wet on the top from being inside the refrigerator they were not fresh. The Belgian waffle machine was not releasing the waffles it just stuck to the waffle maker. I wasn't happy with the bed size they called a full size mattress a Queen. The staff was friendly.

The location of the hotel next to the trauma center was very convenient. The price was good. The bathroom in our room needed some updates. The staff was very pleasant.

Room needs maintenance work. Bathtub was dirty. Rooms are only cleaned every 3 days; have to request clean towels. Was not informed this at check-in. No phone or coffee maker in the room.

Not clean. Mold in shower. Stains. No coat hangers. No fridge. No ironing board.

Dirty, smelled like weed and smoke, the room door didn’t shut all the way, room smelled musty and had stains on bed.
