Deep clean the carpet in room 224

The bathroom smelled terrible. The entrance door to the room stuck and was hard to open and close. What Breakfast? When Checking in the staff was talking on her phone while checking us in.😏

The hotel smelled of marijuana in the parking lot, hallways and in sleeping rooms. Had to sleep with a mask the first night so late could not go anyplace else or should have left the first night so I checked out and left early was supposed to stay two nights but could not breathe in the stench and dirty CARPET AND ROOMS. Would not recommend anyone stay in this Microtel Hotel by Wyndham in Greenville, NC. Hotel should be torned down.

Changed room due to tv not working only to get another room that was dirty, had medication bottle cup on the floor, bathroom was dirty. We decided to ask for refund, she said she would ...as of today, no refund yet! On my card...we left and went to another hotel. I had booked online this hotel due to surgery early the next morning.

Low water pressure in bath sink. TV issue from day one. Could have been a little cleaner. Did like the location.

When we arrived, Chance was the front desk person. He was entirely dismissive and acted like our questions were bothersome. We asked, only bc we were only here for a Dr. Appointment for me the next day, if we could get a possible late checkout, he said no, call in the morning. Once in the room we saw that there were only 3 pillows for two people, hubby asked if we could get extra, due to my gastroparesis...why we were there in the first place. Chance again said no. We were able to get an extra blanket so I could try and make the window seat work. Around midnight, the ceiling over the window seat started leaking water. They did move us to a new handicap room and give us late check out, but all of the stress set off a flare up for me. I was throwing up so bad I had to cancel my Dr appointment and drive home an hour away throwing up. It was a wasted trip and wasted money. I feel like bc I was handicap, Chase thought I wasn't worth his time. Also, check under the shower seats, I know that in room 103 it was rusted, also room 220, the leaky one, had no trashcan. Also hubby left to buy his coffee and breakfast bc your's was horrible, even the bananas had seen better days.

The entire hotel smelled like Marijuana from the lobby to the third floor, room key didn't work 5 different times in 2 nights, floor near the ac in room was soaking wet, no housekeeping service so we had to ask for more towels and soap, TV listed over 90 channels and only 30-35 worked the rest had no signal. This property sucked.

I checked in on Sunday evening. The first room I was assigned one of the beds were not made up. I was assigned a second room and the TV didn’t work and the mini fridge had a large chunk of ice in it and we couldn’t put our medication in it. The third room I was assigned was much better. My complaint about the bathroom is there are no grab bars in the tub and the shower head was extremely high. I was spending the night because I was have hip replacement surgery early the next morning. I just imagine me falling in that shower and breaking my hip before the surgery. The young lady at the front desk was accommodating but she was there alone and it took her a while to address our issue. And the ice machine on the third floor was out of order. I’ve stayed at Microtel before and never had these issues. Maybe it was just this location

The facilities were well maintained, breakfast was a bonus, and we found the staff to be very helpful. Our only issue was with the quality of the towels, they kept shedding when we used them. Otherwise, we had a great stay and found the staff to be friendly.

Staff was pleasant not sure if the gentleman man but very sweet and welcoming. Everything was clean and neat, room was small but nice.

The hotel looks like it need to be cleaned upon walking in. The staff at the desk was loud and talking using slang. The elevator had a strange and funky smell. My 1st room was ok however it was dusty and moldy. The 2nd room the toliet wasn't cleaned. I woke up to a leaky ceiling and water all over the floor in the bathroom water getting in my hair on my clothes. I was upset. I have trying to rest the manager for 2 weeks without any help

It was okay for the price! Breakfast was not as well as expected but overall ok

The location was good. I think the rooms could use an update especially the bathrooms.
