Great pool, coffee all day. Helpful staff

The hotel is in the middle of a major remodel. The room was great. Was a small hick-up on check in as they gave us a room that someone was already staying in. The shuttle to the airport was super convenient. Was traveling with a dog and they had a nice area for the dogs to run. I think once the remodel is complete it will be a great place to stay.

The fire department came and they put us all out and they still haven't refunded me

Nice little hotel. The room was updated and clean. The bed was comfortable. The staff was nice. The free breakfast was aight. All I really cared about was coffee, and they have plenty of it. Also have scrambled eggs, sausage, and toast. Not bad.

The staff was nice. The room was very clean and perfect for what we needed, a clean place to sleep for a weekend to attend a wedding! It was in close proximity to lots of shops, restaurants, etc. We especially appreciated the iron for our clothes, and the full length mirror for getting ready in the room! We would definitely stay here again.

There’s a fenced off-leash dog area behind the back parking lot, right next to a picnic area. The ground is a little rocky, but it was still a really nice spot to let the dogs stretch their legs and get some energy out. The location was also convenient, with several restaurants nearby and easy access to Greer and the surrounding area. Overall, it was a comfortable, convenient, and very dog-friendly place to stay. We would stay here again!

The main lobby was very warm when we checked in and had breakfast the next t morning. I am pretty sure the ac was either off or broke. The breakfast was good had a good variety of choices of cereal. Waffles, pancakes, toast, muffins, juices, coffee, tea, water, hot items like scrambled eggs and sausage links. If you left the breakfast area hungry that’s crazy. The entrance to the rooms is all outside so that was kind of unsettling. The trash that was at the end of the corridor to walk downstairs was full, stunk and flys were all around it. The hotel was easy to get to and not far from the airport and the shuttle ride was nice. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. The soap, shampoo, conditioner and body was was wonderful and way better than some places we have stayed and used. Overall a good place for a quick overnight stay.

We needed an inexpensive place to sleep before an early flight out of GSP, and this hotel met our needs, and only 7 minutes to the airport. The room appeared recently renovated and was clean. We didn’t use any of the hotel’s amenities. The surrounding area isn’t the nicest, but we had no issues, even though we were the only guests on the back side of the building. The area was well lit. There is quite a bit of interstate noise from the back-side rooms. We use white noise apps on our phones, so it wasn’t a big issue for us, but it could be for others.

The staff were fabulous

Power outage was uncomfortable but it was not the hotels fault.

We experienced a non-hotel related long-lasting power outage. Staff checked on many of use to ensure both safety and relative comfort.

Very friendly staff and clean property , the only issue was the wifi was absolutely horrendous.

Room was clean, pool was great.

Never recieved response from Clarion after attempting to modify reservation, providing update of late arrival AND Clarion having canceled the reservation after collecting deposit because we were unable to arrive on time. Very frustrating, enough to reconsider booking travel in this manner in the future. A simple phone call would have been sufficient to reduce the stress and make this experience less painful.

Was great stay there every time we visit Greenville.
