Great Airport Shuttle and Driver!

Our room was very clean and the people that checked us in were great. I think the gentleman was new but he was doing great as was the person training him. The hotel was obviously being updated, so a couple of things would have been helpful to know when making the reservation on line; no elevator and TV was unavailable. Also, I understand it being rennovated but when we went to leave in the morning the stairs by our room were taped off. Again, helpful information like "hey the stairs won't be available" . We left really early in the morning for the airport, so can't really comment on any other amenities.

Recent renovations make this place quite a nice place to stay! Super clean. Comfy rooms. Good breakfast and staff was helpful and gracious. Pool looked great too! Quiet and easy axes to I-85. Nice shower. No complaints. Well done, Clarion!

Great place to stay … the price is good

Most of the property has been renovated, but it is still under construction. But it is very nice what they’re doing. The breakfast is just OK. They use the egg product in a carton. And the Wi-Fi needs a booster. It’s not very strong. But if you want carbs, they got a lot of those, waffles and cereal and toast.

I paid for a king smoking deluxe room and ended up with a double bed plain room. Was told they were booked up on all the king beds, yet thats not what I booked. How did I get this room from start if they were booked?!?. And submitted a complaint and still nothing. No compensation or anything

Nasty and uncomfortable Cramped parking

Quiet, comfortable bed,good breakfast.My mini fridge was not working and the maintenance man came in 10 minutes and replaced it. Electrical receptacles did not hold my plug in chargers securely.The bathtub mat had a brown scum underneath it.That tells me it was never taken out and cleaned underneath.The shower light switch kept malfunctioning.When I spilled some water on the floor and wiped it up with a towel,the towel was black.The floor needed mopped.When I requested some fresh towels and the wastebaskets emptied nobody came.

Location was it It’s a prostitution hotel. Rampant families living in the hotel literally running around the parking lots screaming and hollering at 11:30 PM. All 3 outlets in the room were broken. Bathroom was so disgusting I opted to bathe with a wash cloth in the sink. It was just bad.

Everything the first room was absolutely disgusting, employees were not friendly

Room was clean and the staff were nice Water damage and the beds were really creaky. Weird mark on the floor that looked like someone's phone caught fire.

I always thought best Western was an upscale motel. This one was more like a super eight. I was a little disappointed.

Life life’d me and Best Western and their staff made me feel better about my situation. ❤️

Very close to everything, comfortable beds and clean. The nightly price is a little higher for what you get.
