The beds were rock hard. Maybe the owner could invest in softer beds.

This building is very cheap poorly built dump for a brnd new building. The lousy brans new Otis Elevator broke down and in 3 days still no one could fix it. The floors where so unlevel a crack below my door went from 3/4' to 0 in 36". The sound separation was horrible.

The facility is fairly new, and the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The only things I did not like were the marijuana odor coming through the air vents and the fact that the floor has never been properly mapped.

Poor management. I realy though I was being pranked by the time I had been moved to the third room and went back for my 6th key. It literally took me 2 hours to get into a room. First room the lock didn't work and they had to clean it before. Then second room the key didn't work, I go back with the key there is a man in the room already. The 3rd room I do t make it to before I was put in a handicap room.

Near TopGolf and other entertainment, very close to airport. Great location.

It should be noted there is no staff overnight. Had to checkout early for a flight. Had to call the phone number for instructions.

the visit was fine. nothing outstanding either way its still a loud zoo. stayed there many times

The cleanliness of the rooms is definitely getting worse, you check in and you get to your room if there are any towels and washed in the room is 50-50. Got to my room the other day my card wouldn’t work then when I got in the room, there was no towels or washcloths and the shower curtain was disgusting. Sorry for a bad review.

I stayed here about 8 months ago when the place was relatively new. It was great aside from the bed being a little on the cheapy side. The place was very clean. I stayed again recently and it had deteriorated dramatically. The hallway carpet was filthy. Mud and trash in the halls. The elevator smelled like marijuana. Yikes! I'd hate to see what it looks like in another 8 months. So sad.

Truly love all the staff here they definitely accommodated all my needs coming from Prisma hospital straight from surgery and needing a clean environment coming here may have been a little out of my budget, but it was worth it to have the Cleaning environment and the great staff that ready to accommodate you ever need! I would recommend this hotel for anybody with children anybody with pets and anybody coming into town for work or whatever reason it’s Safe here and everybody will make you feel welcomed
