I liked the main event across from the facility.. cool place Maintenance men come in your room when they want to, no warning nothing just entrance for problems that have long existed before they even rented me a room.. there is literally No housekeeping! Just wiped off germs nothing is thoutoughly cleaned , bathtub was dirty and it was as if someone else was already sleeping in the room I was given.. the beds weren’t made and the main blanket was off and tucked into a cubby hole.. I don’t know what is going on but it wasn’t like this last year when Kimberly was management and now that stay and the other ladies are there, this has just gone down hill..

Lighting The rooms by the road are very noisy , you can barely get any sleep either from the cars or the babies that are always screaming in the middle of the night, it was so bad I had to the police to see what was going on worh a screaming child.. I alerted the front desk , they didn’t care

Dust all on light fixtures z dirty doors and wind does, gym very muggy and hot inside of room, equipment is broken. Staffs children running around

Looks clean from the inside It’s not really clean, my floor was filthy tried to get it up with the towel but the towels turned black like the hotel rooms floors are never mopped .. it gave me the creeps I got out of the shower to dirty floors .. yuck!

Facilities are clean looking but when you get into the nitty gritty, the floors at never mopped so when you put ur bath mat towel on the floor to step out of the shower, you will be met with filthy floors.. black footprints. Then the corners of the rooms have various trash crumbs and dust in the crevecicea as if they just swept everything in the corners.. The worker whol lives on site Keisha has her big ok 9year old son just fraternizing with guests and staff that come in and he shouldn’t be seen at the front desk or out running around the hallways.. I hope that girl knows that predators are around and to find a safe place for her sons recreation because you never know who is watching her little boy.. my time there I seen plenty of grown men in his face and it concerned me. But Keisha don’t care, she is just there to fraudulently keep people’s money.

This is pretty much the only hotel that I’ll stay at in the Greenville area because of what they have to offer and the new management is really made an improvement.

The customer service was some of the most unprofessional I’ve experienced. Rather than looking for a solution, they seemed unwilling to lift a finger to help. I understand that hotels have policies, but there is a respectful and professional way to communicate and assist guests. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. Based on the poor customer service alone, I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

Never complained about this hotel hospitality was just as I remembered

Got in at 9:30 PM and was told our room wasn’t ready even though check in is at 3:00. I was told check in is from 3:00-11:00 and anywhere in that window is when I could expect to be able to check in. Room was finally ready at 10:30. Got in the room and there were no towels and no pillow cases on the pillows. I asked for both and were told they had no clean towels. Got a severe rash overnight while in the room. Not sure of the reason but my dermatologist said it was most likely due to too much chlorine in the sheets. It was a cheap place to stay and a new build so I took a chance. Never again. Maybe the suite/extended stay just isn’t for me. Just a strange vibe compared to a normal hotel. I never leave a review, if I do it is always positive. I give places the benefit of the doubt but after reaching out to them to voice my concerns and getting no response I felt compelled to share my experience.

I didn’t like anything about this property. I checked in at 11:30 at night went up to the room put my bags on the floor went downstairs grab my girlfriend out the car because we’ve been driving all night. Come back upstairs. Look around in the room is disgusting. Call the front desk clerk they said that I can get my refund back in the morning. Went there in the morning and the lady at the front desk was rude and said I cannot get a refund even though I did not stay in the room also said that this Hotel does not give out refunds worst place ever every person in there was rude that I dealt with from check-in to when I came back the next day to get a refund and that front desk clerk rude. There’s nothing at this hotel worth liking!
