Lady at the front desk was really nice and friendly. Room size and bathroom were very clean and cozy Beds; the frame and mattress were rather cheap and didn't look very appealing. The bed seemed very small. The way it looked felt more like a shelter or cheap motel not inviting at all

We arrived and there was no one at the desk. After a few minutes and using the lobby phone someone finally showed up. When we got to the room there was a dirty rag on the floor, no toilet paper in the bathroom and the bath mat was dirty. There was hair in the tub. The bed was decent and honestly for the price, we got what we paid for, but never in my life has there never been toilet paper in a hotel room.

The room was pretty clean but the elevator had a very bad musty smell

Absolutely trash. One person runs the desk with their running around in the back behind them. The person running the desk wouldn’t give us towels or extra blankets EVEN THOUGH THEYRE BEHIND THE DESK and they said it was because “it’s after hours”. Creepy crawly people all over the property - loiterers. Whole hotel ran out of towels. Will never come back. Go tigers!

I expected at the very least, a 4 cup coffeemaker with complimentary coffee with our stay. I know nothing at all a out a breakfast. The fact we were moved from one room to another expecting two queen size beds, needless to say we did not get. The queen we did get was approximately 8 inches from the wall which made me have to climb in and whenever I needed to get in or out. BAD, BAD,BAD!!

Nobody at the front desk to check us in for an hour. The manager finally came down in her pajamas and was super rude. Our room had not been cleaned it was filthy. Phones and internet didn’t work. Super noisy. Just bad.

Got to our floor and found several q-tips on the floor in the hall that stayed there the entire duration of our stay. In addition, the hallway smelled strongly of Marijuana the entire time we were there. Entered the room to find the floors were grimy and sticky to the point we went to buy shoes we could trash to avoid walking around in socks. The room smelled strongly of body odor and musty. The drawers were nasty so we had to live out of our suitcases. The shower curtain was dingy and dirty as were part of the towels. The bathtub had a line of mold across the molding on the outside from moisture. The bed was a mattress on a wobbly metal frame with two pillows that were so flat a folded towel gave more support and cushion. This was the worst hotel I have ever experienced. While I understand they say it is meant for more long-term stays, but these conditions were ridiculous. When. We checked out, the woman just took our keys and said "have a good day" followed by turning away dismissively. I AM ANGRY AND EMBARRASSED THAT I PAID MONEY TO TAKE MY WIFE TO THIS HOTEL!

The price of the room was twice the amount advertised when I began making the booking. The neighbors were arguing until well after 2a.m. The bed was a metal IKEA frame with a firm photon mattress. The manager was rude and uncaring for the guests comfort. And the power went out and no attempts were to correct the situation. One of the worst extended stay locations in my 50+ years of travel. There appeared to be as many dogs as there were people. I would never recommend staying here.

We stayed a weekend here. Upon arrival we checked in after hours and had to wait for staff to come check us in. We never saw the ladies face there was a metal curtain pulled down. And she just spoke to us from behind that. The lights at the entrance were off and it was dark. When we entered our room the floors were visibly dirty. There were crumbs of some sort and the restroom was gross. The toilet had hairs and urine stains as well as the sink. The sink had hairs. Saturday night the WiFi no longer worked. The walls are very thin and you can hear everything from the rooms next door. Other than those issues I guess it’s an ok stay for a quick night.

Everything was still dirty. Same situation with co-workers room. There was even dirty used underwear in the room. Bed was really uncomfortable. Hard to sleep, because party from other customers until 2AM in the morning. Worst hotel ever!!
-
Initial room thermostste was visibly broken and ac stuck in on position. Second room floor had something spilled all of it (cola possibly). Noisy (all night).

The problem is the staff. They do not have a 24 hour desk therefore when you need to check in after hours, you use a phone just outside the front door. On the night that I was trying to check in that phone was broken. After multiple phone calls, I managed to reach somebody who said they would come open the door for me… when they arrived I said you really need to put a sign out here about this broken phone and their response was if you have an attitude, you don’t need to stay here

This was one of the worst places I've ever stayed. The room was comfortable, but the noise of loud vehicles on the road behind the building was outrageous, heard cars til at least midnight. And then the fire alarm (maybe just my room) went off a couple times in the midnight timeframe. I got horrible sleep.
