Very clean and comfortable room. Good mattress.

It’s a fairly new property, so it was well maintained. The location is right off the interstate. Just heads up, I was charged for my room prior to my arrival. I wanted to charge my stay to another card, but was unable to do that. Staff were pleasant.

Nice and clean! Very convenient to get to downtown. Breakfast was good. Rooms are very spacious and cozy.

The lobby and room was musty smelling. Mostly coming from A/C. Also paint peeling from walls in lobby and room. And I mean lots of peeling. All trim on the floor looked rusty and very dirty. The back of the door looked the same. Smoke detector was dusty and dirty as well. All around A/C looks as bad as everything thing else i mentioned. Sheet and bed spread has a burn hole in them. I believe this is a non smoking hotel. Has stain on ceiling. Could be mold. But im not an expert.

Very well kept place and the breakfast was great.

Clean, comfortable, safe. Cant ask for more.

Booked this hotel specifically for the indoor pool & reviews they had on Expedia. Unfortunately I did not have a great stay at this hotel & there was so many other hotels to chose from in the area for a cheaper price. When we arrived, the pool was closed due to maintenance and front desk said it would be open tomorrow. By tomorrow, pool continued to be closed for maintenance and did not open during our stay. When we went to use the gym instead, two out of three equipments were out of order….. and to make matters worse, there is no hot water in the shower until you let the water run 10-15mins. It’s just very ridiculous. At least the beds were comfortable, there are dead bugs present around the couch & windows we ended up cleaning up. Called the hotel for a partial refund because of the pool & gym but they did not allow that. Will never stay here again.

I truly enjoyed my stay at Comfort Suites and I will be staying at this hotel every time I come into town... Marie at the front desk is a delight!!!, very kind and sweet, because of Marie 10/10 I do recommend

This place is great. Clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Convenient to activities and about less than 15min drive to downtown Greenville. Would come back again.

It was well kept. Nothing special, but no issues.

Staff was friendly and check-in was easy and breakfast was fine with normal hotel breakfast items. The room was clean for the most part but the carpet was stained and the bathroom needs a deep clean with splashes on the walls, drips on the toilet and mold and mildew in the shower. Pet area is sufficient with pet waste bags available.

It was a good experience. Room was clean. Staff was friendly specially staff girl Marie she was very friendly and helpful. Voted 4 stars due to disappointed with slow showers. Location was good

We just needed something just off the interstate when we’re returning from a concert. Although we arrived late, it was perfect for our need. The rooms were spacious and updated, the beds were comfortable, and we had no issues at all. Would definitely stay again.

First time in SC from California. We definitely got a chance to experience the southern hospitality. We very much enjoyed our stay. Thank you.
