The room was very clean. We enjoyed the free breakfast. The staff went out of their way to be very helpful and very friendly. Will stay here the next time

I didn’t enjoy this property. The phrase “polishing a turd” comes to mind. Everything: it was a poor choice to stay at. Just spend the money and stay downtown Greenville, or near the mall.

Nice. But under construction

The room was nice. The only thing was they were renovating the hotel and we weren’t told about it. It was a nice place to stay.

I didn’t like the fact that one of the employees at the hotel overcharged us for a simple bottle of water. There are no prices labeled for the drink drinks so we grabbed a small bottle of smart water and he charged her seven dollars the next morning. We went back to go get another bottle of water and was only charged five dollars and we asked about the price difference and was told there is no price difference that the bottles of small smart waters are five dollars when the night before we were charged $10.
