Greenville Pelham Inn by IHG

The smallest room I've stayed outside of Europe.

Was not impressed.

Nice. But under construction

The room was nice. The only thing was they were renovating the hotel and we weren’t told about it. It was a nice place to stay.

The staff here is super nice and friendly

There are some renovations at the hotel, but our stay was in a beautiful brand new, super clean room with an excellent breakfast

New beds were great. TV was nice. Soaps in bathroom were great. Furniture was new. Breakfast was great! Lobby was nice place to work for a few hours between meetings. Would stay here again for business or with family. Very trendy and fun design theme throughout the hotel. Everything was awesome.

very nice clean room comfortable bed they had pillows that were marked firm and soft on the pillow cases that was nice! I slept so good! enjoyed my stay will definitely be back!! I loved everything

Excellent stay! The service was great, the staff were friendly and attentive. The rooms are new, clean and modern with very comfortable beds and big TVs. I will definitely stay here again.

Staff was nice and good location I didn't know it was being Renovated it was awful the place was nasty do to construction. It was a working persons hotel not a real good place to stay.

They charged my card two separate times for $15 for a pet fee without my permission and then wouldn't let me renew my room key until I did so. I didn't know there was a fee because in the past there wasn't. I've decided not to book at this hotel anymore.

Nothing The place was under major renovation, and we did not know this. They called and told us they did not have the room that we had asked for. When we got there, we saw all of the workers along with screws in the driveway. We picked them up so nobody would get a flat tire. The room that they gave us was just renovation, they said and asked if we could look it over. Upon looking at it the room, there was paint bubbling on the ceiling. They had a leak, and the paint was separating. There were also two dead bugs on the bed. We saw someone whom was doing wash. She started talking to us and told us that she and other people lived there full time.

Nothing Everything

They are in the middle of a remodel- we also got in late- but things were clean, the brief interaction with staff was easy- for the one overnight after getting off airplane was fine.
