The location was great. The first room we were given was dirty. Still had the dirty towels and unmade bed from the night before. It had not been cleaned. We requested a new room and was given one that had been cleaned. Although I did wonder if the sheets were clean because they did not smell fresh.

Check in was smooth and the front desk employee was friendly and professional. Our stay was 3 nights and we were greeting each time when entering. Breakfast had good choices and area was very clean. Attendant was visible. Room was clean and bathroom clean and stocked.

I was there 3night and No room attendant (service) to my room for claer...common men that is BIG SURPRISE FOR MY experience。。。

We had a comfortable and excellent stay. It felt very homey because the staff were courteous, approachable, and attentive to our needs. Breakfast during weekdays is at 6:30 am to 9:30 am. We came down around 9:15 am and around past 9:30 am, when the lady was getting ready to close the breakfast counter, she asked us if we still need anything at the breakfast bar before she closes the bar. It was so thoughtful and attentive and we appreciated it a lot! Kudos to your staff---friendly, made eye contact, and just overall hospitable.

We stayed for a concert so it served our needs. Comfy beds, super nice staff and clean. Breakfast was an option but we didn’t get down in time

The hotel itself was great, staff were helpful, room was spacious, bed was comfortable There was not enough towels and had to ask several times and took the whole day just to get towels.

Bathroom was gross had hair in it, was a bug crawling on the floor. Only reason didn’t complain was told was the last room they had available

We have been staying for all our trips to South Carolina because we love the service, staff and they have great breakfast! Close to where our daughter lives and that is why we go to SC.
