The hotel location and the outside of the hotel was clean Well for the money you are paying the hotel doesn't have microwaves for every room the TVs have no remote controls ice machine isn't working I think that if there is no way to store food or watch tv or even cook food there should be a lower price.or not hear from the staff or the company if I don't like it I can leave.in order to get a refund you have to go to your bank and that doesn't happen right away so I'm stuck with the room there's are some policies that should be changed .if I have to provide my own way to cook and store my food there should be discounts

The elevator has dangerous and exposed wiring. The staff is hateful, uneducated, uncourteous and unhelpful. I WOULD AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE. WORST MOTEL/HOTEL IN THE UPSTATE!!!!

Staff was nice. Somebody was knocking on my door one night, so I called the office to ask if it was them. They said it was not them. Whoever it was then jiggled the handle to get in. The office assured me that whoever it was probably thought it was somebody else’s room and they would go up to check. There are keycards to enter rooms. Inside they also have a door latch thing and deadbolt. Signage warns to lock your doors. Don’t overlook if you stay here. Tweakers everywhere. There was no getting away from the smell of Meth. I tried to cover it best I could but just no getting past it. The room just STUNK. Both neighbors were loud asf, mostly at night time. Always arguing, yelling, and slamming doors. The only night I was able to get any sleep was the last night I spent and then 10 minutes after I woke up, one of the neighbors were arguing and threw/hit something against the wall so I would’ve been up anyway. HDMI ports were missing from the TV… just empty holes there. A previous guests clothes were left in the closet. The walls had shtuff all over them. The floors were caked with dirt. Water pressure sucked. Wifi didn’t work. Elevator button to the third floor was broken. I was completely expecting my car to be missing every morning.

Location and the bed is real comfortable Had to wait 45 mins to check in. Second day I was told there were not any rooms open and there were plenty rooms open

They served no breakfast....you had to survive on your iwn The service and the employees were very rude

The other guests This was like a prison cell, no TV, no refrigerator, no microwave, no shower curtain, and when I asked for a refund, they told me that they don't do refunds this is a terrible place and the staff is just as terrible
