Rude staff and manager. Find somewhere else to stay. I will give updates.

Greenville SC needs to do better. People are living here. The state of South Carolina needs to do better. I travel to study and get away from the stress. My uncle is dying and i still have to earn income. Not the place to stay.

The location is excellent, with a Walmart Neighborhood Market and QT across the street and plenty of restaurants nearby. The exterior could use some attention. Fresh paint, better management of water pooling from the air-conditioning units, and some simple plants or planters would make the property much more welcoming. Overall, the room and convenient location were the strongest parts of my stay.

Staff was great and understanding

Pretty good for a short stay or when you’re traveling solo: microwave and refrigerator were a huge plus. Though, wish the staff was at the front desk sometimes. I get it they’re busy. But the staff were super friendly when available.

Clean rooms; some employees were not too nice. Other than that, it was decite.

When I called telling them there was no remote for the TV (nobody at the front desk) he told me he would bring one in 5-10 minutes. I waited before going out for dinner for 45 min. Never got a remote. Most TV have buttons on the side or bottom. This one did not Spent over an hour trying to get the Internet to work. Never did. If course you can't ask the guy at the front desk he's not there and just blows you off never helping

my stay was good.. its just no microwave or fridge and no remote to the tv but overall my room was very clean!

Our toilet was broke. The floors were dirty. We found trash under our bed. Homeless people were always hanging around the front of the building.

Good location; this motel 6 is not clean enough compared to many other Motel 6 I have previously stayed in.

A good stop for solo travelers. Not too bad. Room was neat. Microwave and fridge were good. Pretty comfortable

The staff was absolutely wonderful Met my every need. The initial check-in somewhat confusing was given a room with no sheets on the bed no air conditioner trash in the room room hadn’t been inspected by management before given to customer, but they quickly cleared it up by giving me one of the nicest rooms in the hotel

Once I got to the hotel multiple hours after my check-in time, there wasnt room ready for me. Offered a room, it had no fridge, microwave, TV or lamp. Literally just a bed and a filthy uncleaned shower. I refused, wasnt offered another room or a refund.

I love doing it I love the experience it was actually a lot better than my last visit and I want to thank the three people downstairs the staff the lady with the glasses the tattoos and the lady with the black bonnet on her head they did a excellent job and I want to thank super sick so keep doing this man keep doing keep doing a good job you guys are doing Everything was good the room was clean facilities were clean I mean it was I have an air conditioner everything was great and I appreciate the experience of being here thank you very much

Great staff complications in beginning but worked towards understanding after everything went smooth

Parking is very easy at this hotel. 90% of the people stay there do not own cars so there’s plenty of room if you happen to have one. but bicycle riders beware! The combination lock will not work bring it in the room, the roaches won’t bother it.. Witnessed drug deals and prostitution. Not much of a family hotel. Plus, there is no valet parking. If anyone tells you they are gonna valet park your car, , it won’t be seen again. no room service, no snack bar. One vending machine for snacks one for drinks. But bring change, the office will not make change. Dirty sheets piled on the bed when we got there no blanket.. had a mattress protector for a full-size with a king bed. On a positive note, young girl that works mornings and the girl on 2nd shift were very helpful

Do not bring your family or any loved ones to this property! We paid for a “Supreme King” room which had no working TV or refrigerator. The place itself was highly unsanitary. We had to leave after three hours of being in the place because my wife was too disgusted to lay her head down. The entire room, from door to shower, was decorated with food stains, crumbs, and pubic hair. The facility ignored all attempts at a refund. You will lose your time, money, and appetite if you stay here. Pay the extra $20 and sleep in safety. I wish I could include more than four photos.
