Motel 6 Greenville, SC

I was awakened by a member of the staff opening my room door unannounced at approximately 10am. I was not dressed and they just walked on in on me and my man. The entire situation has me feeling unsafe and uneasy. I believe I should receive a refund due to the unprofessional conduct and invasion of my privacy.

It was clean, and the motel has been improving in every way.

Jh it was the worst stay ever

No fridge no microwave no ice no internet

No amenitys.no fridge no microwave no coffee maker no ice michaine no wifi

This place was terrible. Definitely unsafe feeling and reeked of drugs and smoke. I did not even stay. I was only there about 30 minutes before I turned in my key and went to find another place to stay.

They lie about what the. Rooms are really one picture for every room on all the sites the staff well the front desk women aren't friendly and will try their best to make you

My advice would be to choose another place to stay. When we arrived for check in I was given another room besides the room I booked to stay in. I booked a king size bed room with refrigerator and microwave, but was given a room with a king size bed, no refrigerator, no microwave. I let the staff know, but they didn’t seem to care to fix it. I also found what appeared to be a joint in the corner of the bathroom (and this was a supposedly clean and ready for guests room)

My reservation was not accepted when I got there. They had the reservation but couldn't honor it because, I was told, that they didn't have enough staff to get all the rooms cleaned. They did have a suite available for more money (not a lot) so I took that. When I went to check out, there was no one there to take the key card. I waited 10 minutes, then left it on the front desk with a note. I called the front desk later to confirm the check out.

The place was extremely filthy! Cockroaches..dead and alive all over! I have pictures! What they advertise is NOT what they have! The health department needs to shut it down!!

The staff was friendly. The company changed names. I booked online with one company. When I got there I found out that the company had changed ownership and operating under a different name. Therefore when I arrived my reservation was under a different system. I was told to call booking.com to get them to fix it. I spent over 30 minutes and got no where. Finally the clerk checked me in under old system after a 4 hour drive. I was exhausted and tired. I almost just wanted to stay in my car. The room smelled like smoke. It wasn't very clean. I slept in a bed and it had a refrigerator. Very frustrating.

DO NOT STAY HERE. The hotel was filthy, the rooms smelled horrible, the TV was broken (literally shattered) the mini fridge was disgusting and the door looked like it had been tampered with.

When I arrived at this location within 3 hours they had given my reservation to someone else. I am totally unsatisfied.

I need my money back. I they give me a room. When I open the room door. There was a man. Inside the room. They give me a different room. The shower wasn’t working. They give me a next room no hot water. And two bed in the room. That not what I pay for.

The parking lot was sketchy. People hanging out by the car. Kids looked like grade 5 to 7 were running around. I think they lived there or were with people who worked there. About 6 of them ran around u til 10pm around the walkways and up and down stairs. The room was clean. There were two sinks and a stove, no refrigerator. The bed was super comfortable. There was a very chill.cat. I named him Barry.

Everything was great.
