Great

Was able to check in early. Both check in and out was very fast. Clean and cozy stay!
-
Breakfast was not very good. We didn't eat anything except the yogurt.
-
Breakfast, location, cleanliness and price were all good. Bathroom was better than I expected A loud fight and broken bottle by our car in the parking lot when we woke up. We had to sweep it up before we could leave. Also, the bed was very low and the mattress was quite soft

Always love to stay at Urban Boutique when we visit Greenville. Courteous staff, easy check-in, comfortable beds, large bathroom and shower.

This location is 6-7 minutes from Downtown Greenville. The room was recently renovated with new bathroom fixtures and tasteful furniture in good condition, and comfortable bed. The room was very clean and well maintained with free parking . A/C worked well and was not too noisy. There is a supermarket that is right up the street, and the room has a fridge and microwave as well as a coffee machine. We would stay here again when attending an event in town.
-
It was clean. But the external part of the building looked really old and poorly kept up. The bed was very soft and seemed old.
-
The room was very comfortable and very clean. The staff provided excellent customer service. The location is very convenient, located centrally in Greenville. The food was excellent. Urban Boutique Hotel is an excellent choice for the traveler looking for a comfortable room with excellent staff at a very reasonable price. Nothing

Nothing

Room was extremely clean and tastefully updated. No frills. This renovated motel--not a "boutique hotel" by any normal definition--is a bargain for Greenville.

It's a great value and close to downtown.
-
Loved this hotel. It has obviously been recently completely redone. It was adorable, clean and friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again.
-
Clean room for a good price. Comfy bed too!
-
there was broken glass in the parking lot, noisy neighbors and rude staff. Check out is at 11 but check in is not until 4 so they’re basically stealing 5 hours from you. Just another cheaply renovated motel. Find some place else!
-
Nothing really It was a dump and the people staying there were very questionable!!!
-
