No microwave in the room

Needs a total remodel. First put me in a room that someone had smoked in. Moved to a new room which had mildew on the ceiling.

5/5 stars. Highly recommend!

We arrived promptly at 4:00 PM for check in and they had go I g our room that I spent $1,500 on for two night to someone else because they were part of. Wedding party for the wedding going on. They gave us the room that was $179 or so a night the first night and we had to take it because everything around us was booked up already. The first room was dirty and we had to ask for pillows because there were none! And not to mention that they put us in a basic room that was the cheapest they had V.S. The $500+ per night suite I payed for!! They offered free dinner for both nights at the hotel’s restaurant. The first dinner was ok appetizer wise but my pasta was severely undercooked. It was hard and stuck to my teeth. It wasn’t al dente at all just completely raw. My husband steak was supposed to be medium and it came out with zero flavor and was charcoal black so we just called it. I slept for the evening woke up in the morning to have a conversation with the hotels manager. He gave us another room that still wasn’t as expensive as the room I already paid for and we just kinda had to deal with that the whole rest of our stay. When we went to go eat dinner for the second time, the waiter acted like we were lying about having two free dinners from the hotel manager. He called three managers to make sure that we weren’t lying and he pretty much harassed us through the whole meal we only ordered appetizers and we just left because we were so uncomfortable. .

This was ny first stay at the Hyatt Regency and it surpassed my expectations. Parking was convenient, the staff was exceptional and the room was amazing. I cannot wait to stay again.

Look accidents happen, but we had an accessible room and that wasn’t ready until check in. Once 4pm hit, it was a chaotic mess. The room they had for us was occupied when we opened the door: that was fun:. Then they gave us a non accessible room. But was a corner larger room. There was a lot going on at that hotel… large groups, weddings, etc. I’m sure the team was overwhelmed with all the accommodations, but still, you really made us wait till 4pm for a room that we didn’t get in the end. That was a real blow.

The lobby/ entry is fabulous..however the rooms are very small. We had 3 people and it seemed the room was not updated at all. Considering all the updates that were done to the lobby...none done to the rooms? Come on.

During both check in and check out we had lost luggage and valet related issues. During check in, our bags were misplaced and during check out their valet after the 6am start time, no one was in attendance to retrieve our car, making us late for a meeting.
