The room was clean and comfortable. Bathrooms are tight and toilet was a little lower than expected.

Lobby check in is under construction so it wasn’t a grand entrance experience. When it’s completed I’m sure it will be wonderful.

They were very helpful with taking initiative. No complaints.

This location was beautiful...we had the Friday on Main block party and Saturday Farmers market a drug store and a zillion restaurants and boutiques almost right outside the door. I am a walker and the walk to the museums, parks and river trails was very manageable. There are public restrooms and beautiful sights right in town. No need for a car rental. The restaurant in the hotel (The Roost) was excellent and very accommodating.

The staff was great, but when I went up to my room. I wasn't very impressed. There was only cold water and the toilet barely flushed. The restaurant had great servers very friendly and polite. I just wish that the water was working better.

Nice location within walking distance to many restaurants and shopping. Clean room. Some construction in the lobby area.

The Hyatt is conveniently located downtown. Restaurants and shops are in easy walking distance although I ate at the Roost Restaurant and Meeting Grounds. The food was good. My room was clean, and I felt safe on the property.

Hotel is overused and needs to be renovated and updated. Not worth the price at all. Staff was accommodating but obviously annoyed by our concerns.
