Hyatt Regency Greenville

Great hotel overall. The night we stayed they were booked to capacity and our AC wasn’t working below 75. After being in the heat for a concert, it was really inconvenient.

Hotel is in a great location. Bed was extremely comfortable and the room was spacious. The only downfall was getting back late from a concert and the hotel key not working and it taking 20 minutes to program a new one around 2 A.M.

bed was good, clean was told I would have a connecting room with family, but did not get it and was on opposite ends of the hall. AC did not cool the room below 73 until I walked down to desk (since no phone response) and they told me to set on high and set to 64. By the mid of the night it had cooled to 68

Bar tender was not helpful. Alot of wear and tear on the rooms.

Perfect spot for a weekend get-a-way in Greenville. Park your car and explore.

Had to pay to park. Not enough towels for the amount of people staying, no tissues, no body wash in shower. It was like they were not prepared for our stay which was booked for a while. When we tried to call the hotel no one answered.

Great location

Shower was scalding hot. Went to front desk, employee acted like we were bothering her but said she would let maintenance know. Shower still scalding next am. Floor in bathroom and next to bed was VERY slippery. Did not enjoy my stay and would not go back in future.

Location The bathrooms need fresh caulking and shower walls needs a good scrubbing down. Down blankets needs to be replaced, you literally can see through them

This hotel is in a great location in Downtown Greenville. It is very clean and the staff was wonderful and friendly

We had a 2 night stay and housekeeping did give us fresh towels and made the bed after our first night. A plus!!!

Sunday breakfast is buffet-style. There are no specialty coffee options available on-site, so you’ll need to visit a nearby coffee shop if that’s important to you. During our stay, the omelet station was not operational, and there weren’t many healthy breakfast choices. For guests who aren’t particularly focused on diet or nutrition, the breakfast will likely be perfectly adequate. The gym is quite small, and the pool area receives direct sun throughout the day with no shade, umbrellas, or covered seating available. The bathrooms could use updating, and while the beds were acceptable, they weren’t especially memorable. On the positive side, the rooms feature large TVs, and the bath amenities are Pharmacopia products. Overall, not a bad stay. The property has some shortcomings, but the price point helps offset many of them.

Vallet staff were great. The wall in room 736 was literally peeling away from the wall. The AC never got very cold. The bathroom was just okay. I felt like for the price, the room could have been nicer. I feel like a hotel room should be nicer than my house and it wasn’t.

The location is great! The room was nice and spacious. I would stay here again

The facility had the perfect location to tour downtown Greenville. Breakfast buffet was well prepared, quick and affordable.

Location Told front desk air conditioner wasn’t working she said it was hot outside. We went to eat lunch it was few degrees hotter. I found another staff member and she immediately moved us to another room.

The location is amazing
