We always love staying at the Westin. It’s clean, friendly staff and perfect location in downtown Greenville! The spoonbread bar needs more afternoon staff, but they did well with the staff they had.

The hotel was super nice and extremely clean, and the bed was so comfy! Everyone was so friendly and helpful, and they really made us feel welcome. They had everything we needed, and we loved how accommodating they were with our Yorkie. The location is perfect—right in the heart of beautiful downtown Greenville, so everything is right there and easy to get to. We had a great time and will definitely be staying here again! ❤️

I’ve stayed at the Westin many times over the years. It is consistently good. Due to its location, historic feel, and great staff, I still think it’s the best hotel in the downtown area (and there are lots of new hotels!).

Outside of the water temperature being difficult to adjust off super hot, no issues. Clean, comfortable and nice staff.

It is pet friendly but no outdoor restaurant area for pets . Straight across from an excellent restaurant, Sobys. Staff were generally helpful .

Very good! Quiche was a little dry but generally very good. Stems on strawberries had to be cut off and the were wilted and dry. Not real fresh!

Clean room, great staff from the reception desk to the housekeeping staff. Everyone went out of their way to make our stay the best.
